A trip to other countries says other wise. Literally just went to the Middle East in February and their malls are beyond thriving. Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, and most of Asia all have malls that are desirable. Malls can be good but Americans keep making poor quality cookie cutter ones that only focus on Clothes and food courts.

With inflation raging, the worst it has been in 40 years, and less than half of the population earning the "living wage," don't hold your breath. When I can afford to drink bottled water over tap, maybe I'll head out to the go-cart track.
