Oh I thought she meant the kid was stuck shut. Sometimes the seal is so good and i tighten it too tight, to make sure it doesn't leak. Then I can't unscrew the lid. This happens often. Still my favorite tumbler. I just wish they kept it the exact same design but made it so i can put the straw down, or make that same design, with the rotera lid
