Great video. Could you explain how the cranks fit on the BB ?, i.e. those cranks that have two allen bolts on one side, a smaller one inside a larger one, self-extracting ?? if you see what I mean ....

So the cranks in the video have exactly that, and outer plug, which is there for the inner crank bolt to push against as you undo the inner bolt, Never touch the outer plug/bolt. To put the cranks on, just use the smaller inner bolt, not the outside. and tighten clockwise. Hope that helps.
