Very good information for me as a former to get the englich Woods for things.
When building it up, you could mention frame sizing and how it's achieved.
As is critical to beginners etc

So for long term use threaded is better to look for when building a bike ???
definitely. just look how many old bikes there are around, all with threaded bb's. For pressfit to work it required a BB that has its own threaded centre to pull the two sides together. Might as well just put the threads in the frame

Great. I do think that if this is aimed at those with little / no knowledge you need to be careful about not getting distracted from the basics like you did when you got to the BB.
