Father daughter reunion, reconnection or just rebuilding that bond, is something that in most cases needs some specific help and guidance.
Fatherless daughters also need healing, once they consciously decide to break the cycle and do "the work", to gain a whole new perspective of life, children, family and relationships.
Fathers and daughters who have been through parental alienation, have it even harder when it comes to reconnect and rebuilding that father daughter relationship. No matter why a father walked away after a divorce or a huge custody battle, reconnecting with your daughter and building new trust in that first conversation with your daughter, is not that simple. Many fathers make terrible mistakes, when it comes to conducting that first conversation or planning that first encounter with a daughter you don't even know anymore.

Read this book called "The Primal Wound" and you will see the challenges that adopted children have. The are not going to bond unless they are financially dependent on you. And they still hate you.

I was luckily enough to find a good man after several abusive relationships but I still have soo many trust issues I cant stop crying I've felt broken for so long but knowing more about myself I believe can really help me put my self back together so my partner gets full trust that I've still realised I'm holding back thank for the video
Thank you so much for this comment. It might help others like yourself to see that they can actually overcome this, even if it's a slow process. Being fatherless can do exactly that, you have a hard time fully trusting or surrendering, even when you know you have a good man who wants the best for you and understands and loves you. If you need help sometimes, don't hesitate to get in touch.
