I really think it’s sad to see all these cool hop ups not being in the game anymore... like I know they are hard to balance, but it makes weapons much more diverse if done correctly. Like imagine a l star with bouncing bullets or shatter caps.
I think the bunkers should have stayed, they're cool. I played the very early seasons of Apex and only just back into the game earlier this year, when I couldn't put a 6x scope on the g7 after grabbing it from a carepack confused the hell outta me

This is what it is. For some reason I have muscle memory of wanting to put a sniper scope on the G7 but I could never figure out why. That’s because it did used to be in the game. I’ve been playing since day 1 lol.

Don't forget at one time, you could move Lifeline's D.O.C. drone when it was deployed. Also, in the early Seasons, you could press weapon swap+ crouch really fast and it eliminated the animation when you swapped weapons.

I miss the train, winter express was awesome, the bunkers, and the hopup for making the Prowler automatic. Also miss Mirages Boat, was a great hot drop spot.

I miss the select fire on the havoc. If I remember correctly it was 45 a hit on crit and it sounded scary enough to make the enemy's team scatter.

the OK hand sign for wraith originated from the Titanfall 2 mission, "Effect and Cause" where phasing to either the present or the past would, instead of making a fist, cause you to form an OK sign, activating the jump. this is very rare, and if you only time-jump at the mandatory areas, you likely won't see it. the likelihood of you seeing it in the first place is even further lowered when you account for the amount of movement and fighting you'll be doing. I only just saw it the other day after 4 full playthroughs of the campaign, and it wasn't even a fully aware moment. I was fighting, jumping and everything else when I warped and caught a glimpse of it. to make sure, i saved a clip, cleared the room, and went back to watch it. and sure enough, it was there.
and no, it's not just jumping between two dimensions where one is destroyed and the other is fully intact. it is said multiple times throughout the mission that it is indeed time warps, and the device just let's you control when you warp. it is not a void-phase like wraith or the Phase Pilot uses. it's an entirely different ability.
now it could happen in multiplayer with the Phase Pilot as well, but I'm not big on phase, so never use it. it would likely take a lot longer than I have the patience for, so if you want to go test it out, then be my guest.

Yep I remember that! I also remember if you put a caustic trap on a jump pad, the trap would fly vertically, using pathfinders grabble at the right time would make you swing in the air! I miss old apex.

I'm glad that they didn't keep the penalty. Now hear me out, whenever I play with my friends it sometimes happens that I join a match without them or other squat mates so my only option is to leave or play solo against Trios. If they kept this god forsaken feature in I would have to wait 10 minutes after every three rounds because I got connected alone again. If they wanted to reintruduce that feature they should really fix their matchmaking first.
Just fly out of map from dropship? It wouldnt count as leaving because you would die.
Having to do that is still better than people being to leave every Game after being downed. A mild inconvenience every now and then is better than almost every game being without a 3rd
Cant add penalty in pubs.. But they should do something like.. If you leave you cannot start new match untill the team ingame is dead.

Personally if i go down i leave 50% of the time. I do not wanna spectate and wait minutes to wait for some random bums to respawn. Also it's pubs who cares? I just wanna play and fight
Select fire should absolutely come back. The full auto prowler is literally just worse than the r99 in its current state, it wouldnt be overpowered - and having 2 hopup options on the havoc was awesome, and the railgun mode gave you 3 guns essentially

you totally forgot (just like every single player for some reason) that they removed the "cycle weapon" button found next to the item list when you open boxes, im sure it wasnt intentional cause it was "removed" when they changed the ui to fit more items in the list (i think it was also with the introduction of loba and to make the ult easier to use)
I remember back in release there was a 2nd moving ship you could land on that had rare loot. It was the place to hotdrop and was a massacre every time

i wish they give octanes jumpad a buff for the team since everyone can use it, it would be great if your team that gets on your pad get some sort of buff (1x use per pad) like restore 25 armor or 100% acurracy in the air or more speed/ stronger second jump, just something that you have a slightly more benefit over someone that follows you on your own pad.

I really want that leave penalty to come back. OR a notification telling someone “if you keep leaving early 0.02 seconds after being knocked, you’ll be put in a lower priority queue with others who do the same” so they get a taste of their own medicine.
It’s usually the ones who are petty themselves who talk about the constant toxicity of the game. Like if you’re the one leaving while alive because someone’s kid is playing their account or you’re leaving before exiting the drop ship because someone picked Horizon before you, you’re the problem buddy.
That would be amazing. People need to taste their own medicines
It also makes everyone happy. Leavers will still leave, people who actually play the game will not have to deal with people rage quitting

Really annoyed they removed the leaver penalty. I wasn't aware they removed it. I was wondering why people still leave like crazy. It basically makes playing without a pre-made impossible cause people are obsessed with leaving.

That leave penalty was bs though but if fixed it wouldn't be so bad of an addition.
I left 3 games back to back where my teammates clearly didn't try to pick up my banner (ran to the other side of the map with no way of getting me in time) and the last game my banner time expired so I obviously couldn't play anymore and I still got banned for 1hr cause I left it...

Call me if I'm wrong the weapon updates (no hop ups,limited attachment flexibility,) is when apex fell of and personal the red weapons (hemlock, re) are weapons you grab on the ground for quick use and Olympus is the best map why'd they take
I think they should make Disruptor a hopup in the loot pool instead of making it exclusive to the care packages
It's basically Hammerpoint but works with shield instead of normal health
I’m sorry but I hated both Train and La Mirage. I don’t miss either of those POIs. But weirdly I miss the train stations though lol
The splatter rounds are back, btw. But the only way you can get them is by going to ramparts mod shop and buying the r301 (if its there), and itll come preinstalled on the weapon.
Also, the select fire hop up is still in the game for the prowler if you play apex mobile. Also, apeaking of apex mobile, lifeline still has her revive shield. Its super clutch and makes her an absolute must on mobile ranked matches.
Lastly, mirages ship became available in the 2nd season of mobile, but instead of being mirages ship, it became the then new and mobile exclusive character Rhapsodys ship. The ship is still on the kings canyon map battle royale map to this day, and offers a respawn beacon and a ton of loot. However, when it firdt first came into the mobile game, it would have special bins that gaurenteed items like armor, extended mags, and medkits & shield batteries. However, since the release of the newest character crypto, those bins have been changed back to ordinary bins with just random loot.
TL;DR, try apex mobile. Its fun, and has a lot of throw backs for the console and oc community. Think of apex mobile, in its current state, as a time capsule for the console and pc community.

Sure some know it's gone at all but what few know that is actually worse is that it was removed in Season 7 despite the Season 7 cinematic trailer featuring the SF Havoc, which is just pure dirty.

Honestly, I wish havoc would have the select fire "marksmen" mode built in, would be great, maybe make it consume more energy ammo for each shot then before, but make it like a sniper, to be able to pierce the enemy? Also a better visual aid for when it wil fire compared to when you click it?! but maybe it a bit longer so it does not replace the triple take charged shot? (P.S. I would also give the triple take a small slow effect since when you hit a player, it visually looks like an ark star hit you)

I like the idea of the abandon penalty, but the execution is terrible. Oftentimes Apex simply crashes and I get the penalty. This happened a few times to me this week so the penalty is currently at 20 mins.

i think the early leaver penalty in pubs is a great idea, they already have a match abandon penalty any time we get control mode, which imo is far far less deserving of such a penalty than a game which places bronze solo queue players against pred 3 stacks in pubs lol, then again all matchmaking in apex is extremely bad so i guess if they ever finally fix that then maybe the early leaver penalty would be bad... as things are now though i think the game would only benefit from having it return
It gotten so bad with TTV wraiths that anytime one of them actually stays in a game when they die i give them a sub. It's cost me exactly $10 in three months
