- Highlights from Syracuse QB Donovan McNabb's legendary game at Michigan in 1998. McNabb went 21-27 for 233 yards and 3 TDs through the air, while also running 19 times for 75 yards and one jaw-dropping TD. McNabb's performance in the Big House -and Syracuse's 38-28 win- set the foundation for his 5th-place Heisman finish that year, and him eventually being selected 2nd in the 1999 NFL Draft by the Philadelphia Eagles.
Those were the days… the old Big East had such great football.
KEEP IN MIND: this performance by McNabb was the week after coming off a heartbreaking loss at home to the eventual National Champs Tennessee.
He crushed them. Young Brady😢. Big east offensive player of the decade. Watch the 30/30 and Ed Reed said we don't talk about that game. I am so glad this got put up...classic.
1) No shooz! 2) Folk at Michigan wanted Brady benched for Drew Henson! 3) Rob Konrad. The last to wear 44!
This is awesome! Great share!
And then gets beat up in the Carrier Dome the following year 😂🤣
I think this was the first home game in Michigan's new stadium too. Which made it even sweeter. Kicking Bradys butt. Was fun too.
🙈 Promo sm
He choked in the Super Bowl tho
