Always here until the end.
I think these beginning to end videos of yours are my favourites. It's very satisfying to see the results of your labour. I think your design aesthetic is lovely
Thank you Holly... so happy reading that, appreciate you spending your precious Sunday watching 🙌🏼
I love how you go over the full process in each video! Very relaxing.
Just wait! There'll be a new dimension to upcoming videos soon... if it works.
I swear you are like the Bob Ross of pottery. Please keep doing what you're doing 😊
I can watch a video of yours, numerous times, from start to finish, and each time I learn something new or anew. Thank you
I really like the soft easy cadence of your teaching style. I love the detail of the thought process and self critique. I’m a new potter of about a year and because of you I now have my own glaze lab, wheel and kiln. I been more adventurous watching your creations and am having a great time. Thanks so much for the work you put into sharing what you do.
Love the longer walk-throughs.
Me too - shame they take so many months to put together and it's also a shame I'm not firing so much lately due to my other ongoing secret project, sorry to tease! More longer walk throughs soon! (And thank you too of course)
How can anyone not sit until the end… I am addicted to your videos and work, and have learnt from you so much to improve my work. Thank you for the hours you put in to create them.
It’s always a joy watching all the way to the end!
I'm honoured to hear that, thank you, very much!
Your studio assistant fits in those big jars 😊
i love seeing the glazing and firing process
I often cloce my eyes and listen to the clean up portion at the end. I try to visualize what is being cleaned. Beautiful pieces man.
Cheers! So appreciate that, good videos to fall asleep to, right?
Watching from South Dakota in the US. My girls and I love to watch your videos- all the way to the end!
Well, here is one who watched your video to the end. And now on to the next one! Thank you being so generous with your knowledge and making such beautiful videos!
Our community pottery studio is enjoying watching your videos and discussing techniques among ourselves. Thanks so much. You make it look easy!
Thank you SO much for teaching me this beautiful craft! I have watched videos from many different potters and none of them have the in-depth explanation and demonstration that you do. Your editing process and smooth voice make watching these tutorials a relaxing, enjoyable experience. Thank you for being such a wonderful teacher!
Watched it till the end together with my mother. Beautiful pots and technique ! Thank you for sharing
Riveting until the end. Thanks Florian!
Absolutely watched through to the end. Its five months since my first pottery class and I'm at the point where your videos are especially helpful as I can take in the finer details that you so carefully cover. Thank you!
Enjoyed all the way through the end, yes sir!
Thanks for your efforts! :)
Indeed - I too watched to the end. Packed with wonderful information. Very inspiring.
Good job. And so relaxing to watch. Naturally I watch from start to finish. As a filmer it would be disrespectful not to and you sit…. deserve my respect. Thanks a bundle
Rosie
Many thanks Rosie, so very pleased to hear so and I appreciate the kind words to no end!
Sooo cool, thank you for commentating on every step of your process, it's so intriguing!
Just brilliant , as a novice potter your videos are like a gold dust of information and yes I watch through to the end !
Through to the end. Thanks for ALL these videos from a complete pottery newbie.
I watched the whole thing and was so glad to see the finished product -- thanks for sharing your tips! It's time to make more lidded vessels!
Cheers Penny! Thank you very much for watching all the way through, it means a lot!
I'm always here to the end. I have learned so much from your instructional videos. Thank you.
Thank you Sharon - that really means so much. I hope you liked this video!
Made it to the end. That pot looks wonderful
I always watch your videos to the end. I find them incredibly relaxing and educational at the same time. It's lovely to see the finished product. I also love to see you cleaning your work space.
Cleaning has always got to be done! The end clip tidying the wheel has become a sort of ritual... thanks for taking your precious time to sit through and watch!
I'm a student potter and these videos always relax me and make me love ceramics even more
First rate and inspiring. Thank you Florian!
I was just about to go make some lunch but I saw a Florian upload. Now I'm stuck here :P
Hypnotic pottery - you must watch the pot spin.
(thanks for watching though, very thankful to have such a wonderful audience here)
Watched it all. Amazingly satisfying work!
This brings me back to my younger days throwing pots. I was not nearly as precise or professional, but I loved it and miss playing with clay.
I often turn the sound off just to watch you but this time I didn't for some reason. Oh! Now I understand the how and why of shaping! I've watched hours and hours without really understanding but your way of explaining it finally made it click. Thank you! I did not realise the glaze was so delicate! Also very interesting! Beautiful work, not just the pots but also your movements, which are an art themselves. Thank you!
For sure watched it until the end😍 Such a great work!
The most inspirational potter that I know. I've learned immense amounts of information from you with your content. I've commented this so many times before, yet with every video I learn more, bettering myself as a potter and an artist. So thank you for your obvious hard work, just know that it has paid off in the influence it has given to another potter looking to make this his career.
Thanks man.
edit: I did in fact sit through to the very end:)
I always watch your video till the end, you explain very well and there are so many things to learn. I watch again and again the same video as a beginner. One day, I would like to make jar this big and beautiful. Thanks for the many tips!!
I love these in depth videos. Made it to the end
watched whole video, very useful to got thru the whole process as a beginner, thanks!
I have just almost finished my beginner level wheel throwing class and I have learned so much more from you than my teacher. :) I switched over to using your finger placements and it has worked real well for me. The studio I have been going to also uses a reduction kiln so it was neat to see yours in action. My first 8 pieces have just come out and the glaze looks nice. My only complaint was that I placed it on too thin because they made me so paranoid about the $50 charge for an item sticking to the kiln shelf. My colors were just not as bright as I would have preferred. I do like the iron spots and such that the reduction firing seems to bring out. Thanks for your vids! I appreciate you.
i’m firing my first gas kiln this week i can’t wait so see all my hard work pay off, thank you for all the inspiration you have given me!
Exciting! It's really such a lot of fun and the glazes and clay react in such pleasant, warming way. Good luck, and thanks as always for watching! 🙌🏼
I genuinely enjoy your Process Videos. I often have them playing in the background as I draw. Thank you
i always watch till the end
I made it. Big fan of your work. I've learned so much from you.
I loved watching your videos they are great inspiration for my ceramic work
I am brand new to the pottery process and I keep watching your videos over and over in hopes I absorb some of your knowledge! Thanks so much for sharing
I watched till the end, learnt quite a bit 😊
Your. Videos are so detailed, that I could sit for hours watching them! I have learned and improved so much since following you, thank you
I learn so much watching your videos. Thank you so much for your narration and excellent craftsmanship.
I’m beginning intermediate and find your videos VERY helpful! Thank you.
I learn so much from every one of your videos! You have such a calm demeanor and really explain the “why” of your process well. Thank you for taking the time to make these.
Every video of yours I see I watch it until the end, they're so calming. If I need to take a nap and calm myself I put one (or more) of your videos until I fall asleep. I also watch your videos when I'm having a calm day and want to relax while doing crafts or snuggling with my cat.
I kind of started pottery because of your vids, thanks for sharing.
Hi from Argentina!
I don't know Rick
Of course i was there 'til the end! Absolutely riveting. I like to watch you the night before a studio session/class. This one was beautifully involving. Many things to watch/watch for. Thnx much.
Amazing! When you ll take aprentice. Ill jump in a plane right away!
from start to finish perfection Your process is perfection , and the work is beautifull thank You x
I love watching until the end. I feel satisfied watching all your hard work, attention to detail and anticipation to see the final result!
Watching these videos inspires me to become more involved in pottery. These large pots are particularly inspiring as they remind me very much of some pieces my Mother had while I was growing up. Thank you so much for sharing your work in such detail.
Made it through the video (as always). Beautiful work!
I started out last year in ceramics and not long after I found you. You've been an inspiration to me this past year and I've come to really admire your work ethic and discipline when working with your pots. Its a practice I've tried myself and its helped me keep clean, steady, and efficient. Love seeing the work every week. Keep it up Florian :)
Really like your videos I've always wanted a go at throwing and recently bought a wheel. Having watched a few other videos on technique and tips I've found your videos really informative many others assume knowledge or bore on about a single thing but you give enough detail without labouring points a perfect balance. Thank you for posting
I love your explanations, they are clear and insightful ! Coming from a teacher I can tell you you have a gift for passing on knowledge. THANK YOU for your generosity of information
Algorithm magic brought me here and I stayed for the whole time. The soothing voice mixed with the rhythmic, high satisfying visuals were very calming and enjoyable. This is a talent I know nothing about and was intrigued throughout the various stages of the video. The only questions I was left with were: how does a pot like this get used in the modern era (other than decoratively)? And, how much do these finely crafted, time intensive, items cost?
Sat quietly through to the very end. amen
Many thanks Bill, appreciate you taking the time to watch it all.
You have achieved excellence ❤
love seeing the glaze come out in the end, such a beautiful color!
That was a beautiful colour of glaze
As always, so inspiring and watched until the end. I’ve been learning the wheel for the past 6 months and find turning and trimming so satisfying. Thank you for the detailed videos. They have been the best learning source - recycling and wedging in particular. I love that working with clay is not a wasteful pursuit; so much better for the environment and our waste-inducing society.
I’d like more on making glazes please (although I’m not really at that stage yet but find the chemistry interesting 😊).
I love seeing the finished glaze, what a beautiful piece!
Fabulous video and yes I stayed all the way thru
I absolutely watched to the end. The detailed description is fantastic. Truly I am mesmerized and have learned so much. Thank you.
Excellent and inspiring. When I watch these videos I always hope to take away one or two things I will try in the studio. This video makes me want to be more mindful about every part of the process and every part of the work, even those that won’t usually be seen. Thank you.
Another great video, form and inspiring process, thanks Florian, I made it all the way through!
I play your videos during my work day and it relaxes me so much. Awesome work!
Gosh I just get so mesmerized when watching your videos!
And yes I made it all the way through the video!
I love watching all the way through. I really enjoy seeing the whole process. I just started to learn how to throw pottery. Your videos have been really helpful answering some of my questions.
I love seeing the full process. Your videos are very soothing to watch!
It’s always a true pleasure to watch your videos! You are one of the few potters who inspired me and still do! 🙌
I'm learning ceramic and glass conservation. These videos are helping a lot because you explain the Chem!
Your style of editing and voiceovers are so relaxing that I sleep to your videos, please never stop making them, love you man
Always love watching the whole process! Definitely makes me want to throw my own pots.
Loved it sad it had to end
Made it to the end!! The pot is beautiful!
Thank you
Inspiring work! Thank you for sharing!
I love watching your process. Yes, I always watch through to the end. Fascinating. And thank you for explaining as you go, although the ASMR versions are also enjoyable.
30:20 Of course I watch through. I love watching the process while working on other things. It does make me wish I tried throwing as I only did hand building ceramics.
I'd love to know how you do self care, such as keeping your hands from drying out, posture, and any soreness.
That was absolutely beautiful! Thank you for sharing 🙂
Your forms are beautiful! I do like the slight bevel on the lid that you noted while trimming. One more aesthetic. Thank you for sharing your knowledge!
These turned out beautifully!
Glad you think so! I almost like it... the next version will definitely be much better.
@@floriangadsby isn’t that always the way of it? No matter what your medium is, an artist always wants to do it better!
You are an inspiration - thanks!
I study your work so much. Thank you for sharing your talent with us.
