- Polaris Sportsman 850 XP Snorkel Install, again! I finally get it looking like it should. Cool and sexy at the same time! The functionality is dramatically improved with the radiator relocate and custom center snorkel install. The battery is relocated as well. You must see the transformation as it progresses!

What radiator relocate kit is that? And where did you get it? Is it the highlifter kit with a diff front cover? Just want to move my snorkels like yours and wanna make sure it all fits good
The relocation bracket if from Rubberdown Customs…the snorkel set up is custom, you just need to relocate the battery 😁😁

The relocate attaches to the rack, you need holes through the rack and plastic for the hoses. It’s not a maintenance friendly set-up but it is budget friendly
What size of pipe are is it coming out of the air box?

Where did you get the battery relocate kit?
Cecco Racing, you can order direct if you are in the US. Otherwise most reputable parts/accessory dealers should be able to order it for you. Its just a bracket not a kit. Bolts right in though.
Question how much did you pay for the snorkel? And what's the website lol I have a polaris 850 2019 and I can't find it.plzzzz help
Well I paid more than what it is worth! I live in Canada. The 2019 framework is different than mine and the HL. A good place to start is @powermodz.com

Hey dough i have a 2013 850 ho and it gets hot i change the thermostat and temp sensor and it also gets hot after long rides?
Do you have a rad relocate? Deep cleaning of the radiator needs to be done regularly. Some A/C coil cleaner works well. It may be dirtier than you think. I would start there...

@@kush6891 well that how you do it, ask questions. Also need to ensure there is no air in the cooling system. Run the engine from cold, with the pressure cap off until no bubbles left

@@kush6891 rubber down customs for the rad relocate. But honestly for the snorkeling I would just do it your self a use PVC piping and glue everything
What kind of pipe are you using to snorkel your bike
It’s a flexible rubber hose with steel reinforcing, available from SYATV. I don’t recommend purchasing a kit from them. The riser are fine...
