No, you aren't following. I want to have a keynote and then next to it in the table an open field where I can type whatever I want. That's not possible because they limit the fields you can import into the keynote schedule. @@bimitup
So as you create the keynotes, they are numbered chronologically. Is there a way to reorder your keynotes on the sheet? For example, I have a plan with keynotes that was sent to bid. We changed out the sinks for a different type so the keynote deleted and now instead of being Keynote 2, it's Keynote 33 and has changed all the other keynotes numbers as well. I'd love to be able to drag Keynote 33 to the 2 position and keep all the keynotes the way they were. Or is there a workaround for this? Thanks!
You can open the keynote file in excel, remove the original content from keynote 2 and instead fill in the information for keynote 33 (which will not exist anymore)?
Thanks Alex, I am learning a lot with your videos, looking forward for the next one
You are welcome Beatriz
Thanks Alex.
You are welcome =)
Stay tuned for more great upcoming videos!
Do you know of a way to add a custom "open" field for comments in a keynote schedule?
If you just want it in the schedule you can always add the field manually in the schedule.
Not sure if I follow =)
