- With the 2020 Copa Libertadores semifinals imminent, this is a story of the past. A story from 1991, in which one of the 2020 semifinalists (Boca Juniors), took on Chilean side Colo Colo.
An astonishing story.
Because, when the pitch became a warzone, an unlikely peacekeeper emerged. Not a player, not a fan, not a referee or a manager. Not even a human being.
This is the remarkable story of how a dog (named Ron) stopped the chaos, and saved the 1991 Copa Libertadores.

Interesting video. You should possibly do a video explaining South American football for Europeans? Just explaining the 10 different league formats (Apertura/Clausura), state leagues, cups etc and how qualification works in each country. It might be a bit of a longer video though haha.

Yep, Wikipedia is an awesome source, I also have great books in Spanish and Portuguese which describe the South American football system as well - Brazil and Argentina are working on a system more closely related to European football, but, football in other nations definitely still use the Apertura and Clausura systems. Making a video about that world be a really good idea, and it's on my list of videos to make.

Que opinas del partido de vuelta river vs palmeiras? Sigue river siendo el mejor de America?
Lamento no haber respondido antes, creo que River es bueno, pero (por lo que vemos en la Copa Libertadores de este año) ya no es el mejor. Todo puede pasar, por supuesto, en la Copa Libertadores. Pero creo que es el año del Palmeiras o el año del Flamengo. Mengao tiene Gabigol, pero Palmeiras tiene muchos otros también (me gustan Gabriel Menino, Patrick de Paula, Wesley y Rony). Pero, de nuevo, el Flamengo también tiene un gran equipo.
Cual es su opinión sobre la Copa de este año?

@@Golimetry la verdad es que River ya nos es el mejor de América, tuvimos muchas bajas, jugadores que no están teniendo un gran nivel, espero que se quede Gallardo y le traigan jugadores de jerarquía para ganar la Libertadores el próximo año, Saludos!
