There are many types of filipino singers if you look more from the history of the Philippines, from early 20s going back asto the late 18th century. Just dig deeper for the treasures of filipino music waiting to be rediscovered.
He always has intro song before his buwan. its always different in each live. some say it doesnt need an intro but jks likes to tease his audience as the same time he is experiementing with chords and lyrics. For me it can contribute in the next masterpiece. So no harm adding intro as long he keeps composing

That's what actually what JK became..he steered away from the pop genre and went into OPM rock.. As a matter of fact, that's what made a lot of OPM fans happy, that JK is helping make OPM alive..

JKLABAGO is really his own character, he is really a cool, and funny dude in person. He is entirely different when he is on stage and performing live. He plays with his own song like that of Buwan, that's why you didnt recognize it at first. He's song presentation of the same song varies depending on his audience, that's how he is. He put different flavor to it, he adlib, he do lots of antics, he talks to the crowd and interact with them. He really rocks and also give emphasize to his and that of his band mates skills in their respective instruments, similar to what yous show on stage where he stops and work on their guitars. He is indeed awesome performer,
