This is the perfect model, I love the separation in the loft, it allows for a real bedroom separate from the rest. One of my favorites for sure.
This one is almost perfect. I think this bathroom is the best one I’ve seen in a tiny home.

The split loft is great! One side can be used for storage, out of sight....Love the wooden rails and all the wood accents...Horizontal rails are more rare...usually vertical. Likes the counter top layout in the bathroom....Also, the built-in wooden headboard in the bedroom also helps save space! Love this feature as well!!! Also the pantry for additional storage...fitting so much in a tiny home!!! Love the exterior as well!

I absolutely really love the layout of this place! My favorite parts are the shower/tub combo, the railing in the loft. Also, the main bedroom with the built-in drawers. I also love the bathroom, how it wraps around.❤❤❤❤❤👍👍👍👍👍🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

@@american_woman yes, they definitely do a great job with all their models. I like the pantry and storage too. I would make the upstairs the sleeping area and the bedroom a craft room/office.

I love the loft but i would want the loft to be completely closed off with a solid wall and i would want a built in desk up there as well so instead of an actual chair i could use a bean bag it's perfect for a room with a computer /playroom
Plenty of counter space in kitchen & bathroom! I also like those counter tops. Awesome window locations in living room! Great little nook for a four legged child. Lots of space in the loft-many uses.

This is probably my favorite. I would add storage to the stairs… gotta have a dedicated spot for hats & mittens here in Wyoming. Other than that and removing a couple of windows upstairs to make room for clothes storage, this is just about perfect for my daughter and myself.
Love the pantry and linen closet, I'd remove the wall between the dining and living room and add a railing going up the few steps. That wall makes the space so tiny going up those few steps.
I like this. Particularly that you left solid wall space without excessive windows.
You should have used a farmhouse sink instead of a double sink.
I can just imagine trying to crawl around in the loft and vacuum, lol.
Buyers can choose different sinks from RRC's offerings.

love this one, lots of storage, well thought out. personally I would eliminate the head board in the bedroom. Raise the breaker box, so a picture could be placed over the access door and look balanced.I dont care for the wall at the stairs, I would angle and lower it and put a rail there for safety. I know some folks would like the wall space for decor. Love the double loft, so storage is hidden, or privacy for a guest space.

I noticed the floor vents in this model, rather mini-splits. Where is the furnace? Opposite the washer/dryer alcove under that linen storage?
A coat closet...sigh...beautiful house as always BUT even a small 24in wide closet/cabinet would be invaluable. My house doesn't have a front closet and it drives me crazy...so, I know I am super biased on this. I would love to see a tiny home with one. Maybe do a built-in entertainment unit with full cabinets on either side. One side is closed shelving and the other cabinet has the option to be used a closet space or shelving, and the center unit is waist-height open shelving for your television and other electronics. Just a thought. This house is 9/10. But a coat closet (and space for a broom) would put this house at 10/10 easily. 👍🏾

Cute floor plan -- only concern is getting mattress(es) up that very narrow staircase to the loft. Mr. Tiny had to go up sideways, how would you get cabinets or other items up?
That carpet would be pretty hard to vacuum on your knees.

Few questions - 1) where is the water heater? assume it is in the kitchen under that extended bar/corner; 2) if a tankless is wanted where will that go?; 3) how does the central air/heat effect price?; 4) can the tub be replaced with a shower only setup? and 5) can the window be moved to the back wall instead? Love those stairs - tucked away and hardly seen. Thanks!
I love that wrap around counter in the bathroom. I'm not sure what an illusion style window is, but I would definitely want a real window in my bathroom.
I like the landing on the stairs. I think that would be safer -- less distant to fall, if you fall. Still I would want a half bath in the loft. I know it would be cramped, but having to get downstairs to go to the bathroom at night would be a problem.
It's cool how big that loft is. I would want another window at the end, tho. I would want some built in storage in the loft, tho, also
Love the bath vanity area and a TUB! And the pet nook. Lots of storage. Dark trim is just not my thing tho.
I wish your camera had gone behind you to show the ENTIRE loft. Also, what size bed fits in the bedroom. Did I miss it? Thank you for a TUB!! I hate shower only bathrooms if there is only one bathroom in a home. It’s just not practical. And I really love the carpet in the loft!

I love just wish it didn't have carpet in the loft and a headboard already in the bedroom. I also wish you delivered further than you do...that has been the issue, you don't deliver to Montana or into Canada😢

AC registers are on the floor right where you are putting the bed, not a good spot. Are there any AC vents in the loft area as well????.

I really like this layout BUT can’t find it on ur site.
I liked the privacy rail upstairs but with that huge window above the door I'm afraid it would block the view of it. Other than that I wish I lived near you so I could get one of these.

Inthe big downstairs bedroom for the closet wooden barndoors to slide from side to side same brown color you have on all your trim I love the porch the loft ilove all the huge stainless steel appliances I love the stackable washer and dryer area and ilove the porch the pet house and the wooden trim to match floors and door trim ilove the island in the kitchen separate the kitchen from living are and ilove you only put carpet in loft only elk other floors wood looks I love the wood look now you finally have a perfect home animal friendly and people pleaser this house is so perfect for a single person or a single parent and for just an old married couple this is one of your best homes for that price yet I love the bathroom how you made the cabinets cady corner that was cool and combo bath and shower awesome only thing is I would have to use your bathtub and hire someone who could turn it into a jacuzzi tub but this home for the price and what it is is your best one yet for the small one

Do offer customization in smaller models, I am more of a minimalist, I rather not have a stove, larger frig or the lofts
Please do not place the electrical panel in the bedroom! It takes up wall space. Why not place it in the area with the W/D. Also, too many large windows take up wall space and privacy in the front of the house. The porch needs to be screened and an LED fireplace would be good in the living area.

I agree there are too many windows, I rather want a coat closet by the front door. I don’t feel secure with all the windows that need window guards.
That headboard is hideous! I would have that removed. All the carpets need to go, how to vacuum the loft when you can’t even stand up?
Put a wider or second cabinet in the kitchen (left of sink) the full distance of the backsplash tile. Wasted space!
And windows that open that HIGH in the living area? Who’s going to get up there and open and close them? Wasted extra $$$ on windows. Make them clear, solid glass.
Loft windows that open, YES…. But the others are a waste….BUT this is an awesome plan, just needs a few tweaks! ♥️♥️
Had to give this one a down vote. When you walk into the bathroom, you are likely to bang into the toilet. The loft stairs are too narrow for adults to use unless they turn sideways. Nothing about the interior is disability friendly.
