Check out this incredible Farmhouse Kootenay we recently built. It is absolutely stunning, and it is currently available for purchase and delivery.
This 33' x 8.5' tiny home has a downstairs bedroom with a hydraulic bed for storage, large loft that could be used as a second bedroom, studio, office space, etc - a kitchen with tons of storage, and full bathroom with a shower and flush toilet.
The loft has large windows and a built in cabinet for storage / clothing.
The bathroom is beautifully tiled(all tile work done in-house at Tru Form). It has a concrete sink, and an arched glass wall cabinet from Anthropologie. We have an on-demand propane water heater and the residential mini split for heating and cooling for comfort.
There are tons of double paned, argon filled custom windows, a stunning tile backsplash in the kitchen, and oak woods with a gray wash throughout the home.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a Furrion 3 burner range, dishwasher, and designer brass pulls. Plus, there's a Splendide washer/dryer combo, and a West Elm couch with custom drawer storage.
We added a heat shielded, tiled fireplace with Terra Flame fire features, to make the home extra cozy. It has drawers underneath as well for extra storage.
The outdoor space is just as awesome with a large awning and a fold-down deck at the front door.

The fire is a wasted space if only used for candles, I'd rather an electric fire, or a wood burning stove that I can cook on, or make tea on, much more useful. The rest of this home is lovely 🙂 The bedroom and bathroom are beautiful.

I've watched literally hundreds of tiny home builds....this is one of my favourite by far ! While others want to remove the fireplace, I actually like it. I don't watch TV, so a bookshelf around a fire would be heaven. A ground floor bedroom is great too, as I can't use stairs safely now. ( the loft for storage/guests = perfect). Also, love the 'back-deck' for our Aussie lifestyle. Great job.

There is no storage in the kitchen, whatsoever. That would be a dealbreaker for me.
I'm finding a lot of negative comments in here. I'm sure Tru Form Tiny can be accommodating when building a tiny home, such as removing a fireplace or replacing it with a wood stove, building different configurations of shelving/storage spaces. You can always make the bedroom cupboard's into longer closet space. Everyone's tastes are different but as long as the basics for tiny living are the start off point, I'm sure it can be worked out. I do like the black & white with wood cupboards as a lovely combination. Well done with the decor. Personally, I would just want the loft above to be big enough for a twin bed and storage, but that's just me.

Drop the ceiling somewhere over the bathroom so that you can have some standup space on the side of the loft.
It would be difficult to have a shower you can stand up in

Absolutely beautiful! The only thing I would change is, I would want built-ins instead of the fireplace (which is cute, but not functional). I’d rather have a place for books, knick knacks, etc.. An open spot for a tv in it. Add an extra 1-2 drawers on the bottom like you under the fireplace.

Absolutely beautiful details. The change I would request if I were purchasing: push out the bathroom door out so the closet and washer/dryer are inside the bathroom instead of outside.

I love everything about this. I just want more closet space in the bedrooms. Ideally hanging space. I always feel like tiny homes are missing proper closets
That is super valid! Our Urban Park Max model has tons two full size apartment closets. You should check it out!

There needs to be something blocking that empty riser space on the stairs. Lofts generally have kids running up and down.

I truly think the bedroom and bathroom should be at the back end and the kitchen and living room should be at the front and I think it needs a much bigger living room. I agree with another comment about the fireplace, it should be a wood burning or electric.
Its funny actually, we have made the bathroom / bedroom on the same side and got a lot of hate comments for it - preference is wild!

I have to wonder whether the interior would look as good as it does if there were some sort of window coverings. No curtains or blinds or anything in the bathroom and bedroom?
Agree with others that the "fireplace" is not a good use of space. The fact of the matter is that someone is constantly be annoyed by tripping over or having to walk around the little round "coffee table".
You can decorate it however youd like. We stage the homes how we deem fit, but people can do whatever they want lol.

There is a TV hookup above the fireplace, but if you want to build one we can customize a space for your large tv lol!

Our homes are actually all on trailers, so the bottom floor is as low as it could go really without hitting the trailer it is sitting on

We created a closet for that actually!
This has to be really expensive, probably not affordable housing for most.

I want a real burning fireplace in case the electric goes out, multiple uses for the fireplace.
A lot of folks opt for a wood stove, we have a lot of various options.
Oh please, just describe the features without all the silly faux prose! A fireplace is not “an experience” for goodness sake!
Depends on your fireplace! Our homes are an experience, you have to be in one to know the difference. No need to be so negative, try enjoying the little things!

There is a cabinet above the toiler for storage! and under the sink as well.

This home is beautiful but actually more modern Scandinavian in style vs farmhouse. A trend that I wish builders would mulch & turn under the cornfield. Enough is enough already.

Do you have all these little cubbies but you never showed anything about where to hang your clothes is there a spot you have a lot of storage in the kitchen? Maybe you can let go of some of that in I have a spot for hanging clothes.
They are two spots by the bed to hang some clothing and also near the bathroom area. We show on our IG!

I was waiting for him to crawl around in the empty loft & show what it would be like to try & actually use the tight space. Imagine having a mattress & trying to sit up in bed & then crawl you way out to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. It was an attractive place just not very practical. IMO
The bedroom is actually downstairs for sleeping! You can make the loft for anything you want. On our IG i posted me sitting up in the loft though no issue.
I like everything in the video except the man bun, but maybe I can get used to it.

slide out table wouldn't work for a 4ft. 10 inch woman sitting low on the couch to eat. too high. ditch it and put a foldable table next to the end there next to the cabinet.
It isn't for the couch, but instead you can store stools under it so it is another place to sit / have counter space! The couch is totally separate.
