Im really taken back by all the news we're getting. And the fact their reopening Pauline's death. That says a lot 💯... Mike thanks for the great work you've done. I have always been under the assumption that Burford was a great person. Now we know different. Thanks for telling us the truth.

I love Pusser's story. I'm sure there's many points of view in his life story. ❤

Has anyone checked the county Clerk records and see what arrest Buford actually made? Charges are always filed with the clerk.

This is the first I’ve heard of a pecan farm

  • @treedog86

I always wondered why he was voted out of office if had done such a good job clearly something didn't mesh or mash in the whiskey business 🤔

I don't know if repetition leads to peculiar presentations by Dennis, but it sure seems he keeps a straight face.

Also, the whole setup sounds like a bunch of "Carneys" that I have heard were hanging around back then. Granted Jack & Louise didn't do anything to stop it and I'm sure Toehead was getting a big cut as was buford.

I remember the White Iris but don’t remember The Pecan Farm

There is no such thing as good guys and bad guys. Just varying degrees of bad guys.

  • @charlesscott9439

I will just say. The wslking tall movies are great fiction movies. There are a lot of law enforcement men who really deserve to have a movie made about them but never will.

I'm curious of the history of the White Iris. When was it built? What was it called before? Did Jack run it and is he the one who named it the White Iris after a gal he was seeing on the side while he and Louise were getting divorced? any truth to the story of Louise coming in one day and Iris "Kicking her Butt" and throwing her out the door with her wig behind her? Isn't the only building of all the infamous State Line places that's still standing?

I don’t know what to believe and not believe, but looks like that county needed to be cleaned up and it looks like Buford Pusser was one who made that county a better place to live , all I know for sure is everybody has a different story, but I would think that the county clerk’s office would have more true story to the time he was sheriff, , I wouldn’t want to claim something that I didn’t know to be absolutely true , their things that are called lawsuits, all I can say is my opinion Buford done best he could to make the county a better place to live, and he must have loved the county and people to have to go through all the pain he went through being shot and stabbed so many times, if I were these people I would be afraid to say that Buford to cut of any kind , where’s the proof and truth of it

  • @sirdavidstratton9789

I wonder how much Pay off money He received while he was in office

  • @Grunt-pr7od

I hope you know that you van still be sued for defamation of character making all these unfounded claims your putting out you do realize this you van not just come out with a bunch of untrue claims with out the proof to bake it up and yes I am related to Sheriff Pusser.

  • @duckmangooo7376

It was obvious that Burford was getting a payoff. When the first movie came out i thought it was a false story.

seems to me it's easy to put a spin on someone when he and his family are gone , the bottom line is it took him to clean up what needed to be done . this guy is just promoting his book , all your great leaders and lawmen that had to clean up someone's others mess aren't siants that is what it took .
