My childhood USMC Buddy is nuts. We talked about people in highschool ,and other schools that would never last in USMC. I didn't see my buddy for 10 yrs. I was out he became a lifer. We meet at his brother's funeral and talked about how wrong we were. He got clearance looked up people that didn't make it. DR notes to DD-214s. We compared stories I was told why they didn't make it or last 18 months. They were interesting and not what i was told. My step brother football hero told me medical discharge. He told DR little men were living under his rack😂 we 😂 at our home town peoples records and lies. Destroyed copy. I'm thinking Pusser had similar DR notes. Asthma? I don't buy it. Some people aren't cutout for military service.

Our local sheriff here in Southern Illinois about 20 years ago was busting at least one meth lab per week and sent over 70 people to the penitentiary in one year yet no one ever tried to kill him. I think Buford was spinning some yarns.

Another great episode Mike it was very informative I was just wondering have you ever thought about putting all of this information together and doing a documentary maybe a 2-hour documentary or possibly a miniseries with each episode being about 2 hours long I think people would really enjoy that I don't know if you have thought about it but maybe it's something you should think about there's a lot of information and documentation and pictures and photos that you have I really feel like people would be interested in it or even doing a DVD series about this keep up the good work Mike I'm learning more and more everyday and trying to keep an open mind

The Asthma thing is what I always wondered about. As for the accident, TN is a no-fault state. Barbara Mandrell had to sue in her accident, to get the Insurance to pay for injuries. As the story goes, she didn't want to, it was the law. Not sure how bad she was hurt.
