Come to take a look as soon as I saw Extreme Creations in my recommendations, I remember your firm from the MT09 days 😁 Funnily enough I've been looking for opinions on the SP Exhausts recently and I'm in the UK so thanks for that! You've got a new subscriber... the ZH2 has got my attention and I'm looking forward to see what you can do with it. However please do something about the loud wind blast through the helmet mic when you're riding at a decent speed! 📢
Fantastic video. Thanks for taking the time and for your skills. Changing the slipon as you did, do you need to reflash in order not to damage the engine running to lean? Or could it remain as is? Power you got is at the wheel? Thanks again
I've come back for another watch because I rode a ZH2 today for my channel - I like the power delivery better than the H2 SX because Kawasaki have engineered the ZH2 for peak torque 1000rpm lower down the rev range - the midrange grunt is amazing 😍 Feels a bit top heavy though... somehow the SX feels lighter even though I know it's heavier. I'd love an H2 SX with a ZH2 tune!
Hi! First of all I’m absolutely loving your content! I’ve got a question, how did the AFR behave through the RPM when changing the muffler and air filter, did the ECU compensate nicely? Thanks a lot and I will definitely keep an eye on the channel.
It usually rained on my first rides. I didn't care! Looking forward to the next one in a couple of weeks. I have my eye on a nice used Concours 14 with everything I would need to add to a new one. I hope it is still available when I'm ready to make the deal.
This journey is going to be epic! It's good to see kawasaki bringing out a product that everyone wants. here in little old adelaide, our local kawasaki dealer sold 3 of them the first week they landed, despite these difficult times. Having a conventional double sided swingarm definitely frees up money for other mods over the H2s super expensive single sided masterpiece. Had the pleasure of meeting Tony, the world's fastest China man at Australian dlra speedweek. Hell of a nice fellow and his H2 is a Land rocket! Will definitely be following this build and wish you all the best.might even have to chuck in the zx14 for one of these beasts! 🏍️💪
supercgarger at the gear machine 22. at sup 24 We want to get more boost. Which gear do we need to reduce? May I have knowledge? And how much does the AF tuning need to be?
Thanks for the vid. I’ve been considering one of these bikes. I’ve been riding my gen 1 Z for 10 years and I think its time to upgrade. I get some of its opinion BUT I have to say this is probably one of the most underwhelming videos I’ve seen about the Z-H2. Is it possible the missing mid-range has something to do with the break in period? Most of these reviews I’m hearing the mid range is its claim to fame.
Compared to other factory bikes there's definitely no lack of mid range although as we mentioned compared with our other turbo bikes there is room for improvement, it wasnt meant to be a bike review video, more of a starting point video as performance modifications is what we do.
I test drove the ZH2 on Saturday (18/07/20) during a local Kawasaki Demo Day and came away slightly disappointed. It's flawless in terms of balance and controls. Rides great around town and the power is grin inducing on the open road but something felt wrong. It just felt, plasticy and too much like a toy. And that standard exhaust set-up is definitely a deal killer. I was hoping to be seduced enough to be able to swap it for my 2015 Z1000 Black Edition but no.
Any idea when you plan on fixing the issue with the H2 oil pans? I'm still waiting for a pan I can use because thats alot of money I spent for something that doesn't work the way it should.
@@stevesmith6236 RipJawsX 95 is right, if you see the video in 12:18, he says there is different dynos out there, and maybe he's dyno shows less hp.. see the video at 12:18
@@user-mw3ec6ur6l No kidding. I actually did watch the entire video. I know very well the whole " every dyno reads differently" speech, perhaps this dyno should be professionally calibrated to reflect real numbers. 20+ hp less than many others is WAY LOW. Just waiting for the spaghetti bike fan boys to spout these rear wheel numbers and claim their favorite bikes make more.
200 crank horsepower. About 186 to the tire . Brocks performance did a vid on it . Check it out . Not bad considering no one has cracked the ECU on these yet. Once someone does it's going to be a monster . Probably 240+ hp .
the H2 R got a really nice belly pan would look very nice on Zh2 , shame about the exhaust you put on it though looks like Chinese carbon fiber exhaust.
duc fan boy are ya? Not meant as a road racer bike, meant as a kick-ass hooligan, street racer, drag race bike. Understand now? Go have some spaghetti.
And Street fighter will never handle like a panigale v4s . If u want SF go get one. If u want a ZH2 go get one. Dont confuse urself thinking both bikes are the same thing. Theres a difference. Bike choices are awesome right now
Ducati is not a looker as well , on top of that who need 200 bhp on a naked bike in a first place . I can barely hold on to my mt10 . Anything over 100 is a pain
And you couldn't even ride either bike to 20% of their abilities so your point is completely meaningless. On top of that, good luck with longevity, reliability, price of entry, cost of mods and repairs vs Kawasaki. Never mind the fact that duc's lose what seems like 30% of their value after 2000kms is racked up on the clock
@@lukaszg74 A talented riding friend of mine bought a brand new Panigale V4 last year (2019 model). It was uncomfortable, lots of vibrations (mirrors shook all over the place even at idle!) and he had gas leaking issues and the hydraulic brake lid leaked.. Others like it stranded their owners on the side of the road. Very unreliable . He soon after sold it to some other sucker.
The Z H2 is the perfect naked bike, it's actually the epitome of a naked bike.
YES! this is great. Cant wait to see what happens with this developement. Keep it up Ben.
Wooo, awesome work mate. This build and more videos are going to be huge.
Great video Ben. Can’t wait for the rest. 👍🏍💨💨
Looks great Ben. Looking forward to the gains. Sounds mint with that new muffler.
Great informative video, glad to hear some good gains from simple slip on 👌
Love it Ben! You’re a bloody wizard can’t wait to see what you do!
Recently got my rider license. Love your video and the bike, and the plate number!
Also live in Sydney. Hope to see you one day.
Cheers

that dude is a legend
I'm interested to know what cables are connected to the bike 🤔 to read the boost etc
Brock did the same thing, and told that there is no ECU software upgrade , so real performance will come with a upgraded ECU.
Appreciate the vid. I'm assuming the z h2 air filter is the same as the h2/h2 sx variant? Thanks in advance
Interested to see this..
Why is there a lag when you open the throttle
Where is episode 2! pumped to see it

Can your flash BMW’s s1000xr ???
Why is it making soo little power ? My old s1000r is putting out similar numbers.

Ecu flash is weeks away, not sure about pcv, h2 one doesn't fit either.
Is there any software yet?
does the upgrade worthy?

How much in America ZH2 ?
Why does it sound like that when he twists the throttle? Almost like the clutch is slipping
Its cause the z h2 has a supercharger
Anyone could tell how can I get that exhaust From USA?

Tuning a H2 is no problem, the ZH2 is a completely different ECU

#Extreme Creations how Brocks Davidson gets 183hp stock on dyno, and you gets 20hp less ? Only 161 stock
12:18 Did you even watch the video?
Brock got 184.5 hp. 161 is
way low. My 2002 ZX12R made 160 rwhp with an engine rated at 178 .

Still better than stock .
Disappointing stock, I used to get 160 from my stock ZX10r 2006 model
No one has cracked the ECU yet. Once they do it will be in the 240 hp range .
Nice engine but heavy and look ugly.if you want experience cheap supercharge this is it
I don’t care how much more power you can give it, still won’t handle anywhere close to a StreetFighter V-4S !!!!

161 hp on weels or in engine?? Why NOT 184 hp on weels in Stock contisions??
