  • REVIT PHASE_HOW TO SHOW DEMOLISHED AND NEW WALLS THAT OVERLAP
In this tutorial, I'd like to show you how to display walls from the demolition phase with walls from the new phase that are in the same place, i.e. overlapping.
For example, it can happen very often that you have to build a new wall in the place of a demolished wall.
This is a method of how to display drawings with overlapping walls of different phases on sheets, as well as how to make legends for different phases.

      You're welcome.
I had a lot of similar problems.
You can imagine how I felt when I first time discovered this method.

Hi, I couldn't create dashed line in the new construction, because it is overridden, revit shows all dashed lines like a solid line, what should I do?
    thank you in advance

      Hello.
      Thanks for your comment.
I'm not sure if I understand your question well, but I think the answer could be in this video after 29 min:
      czcams.com/video/3721tFmE2Ec/video.html
      1. Go to the Manage tab
      2. select phases
      3. select Graphic Overrides and there you can choose the type of lines for the cut and for the surface view.
