Currently paying nearly $10k. Bought the home two to 3 years ago and has gone up nearly $1k each year. This city is corrupt or something. The development is out of control.
Once again there only hurting families that can't afford to buy a home and rent is already outrageous for millions of Americans having to rent 😢 let's give landlords more tax breaks it's insane 😢 Jesus Christ stop sending billions of dollars to Ukraine before taking care of the people in your own backyards 😢 God bless
Apparently, many decades ago the previous bozo administration wasted hundreds of millions on a failed attempt to make it a BioTech hub. Bonds taken out have not all been paid yet.
Purchased a home about 2. Years ago. Taxes are $9,300. It’s absolutely insane. We also. Have HOA and CDD?!?! What is really real?! Looking at homes north of here. I love my neighborhood but this is down right crazy! I hope to be gone by next tax season. If your thinking of buying here. DONT!
In NY I was much less and I had everything such as lights everywhere , sidewalks, garbages pick up twice a week transportation all over everything for much less not over 9 thousands like I am paying here.

So how many new Churches being built? Real churches not shopping center ones. More and better beach areas. They need a hollywood beach type area to enjoy.

i can think of conservative ways to cut costs and raise non-resident tax revenues. it's not that hard...
Moving to Dubai there are no income taxes capital gains taxes or property taxes. And the city is way safer than any city in the USA guaranteed.

I love port saint lucie its clean but taxes are ridiculous ...... i may go back to nyc taxes are cheaper there
