I had 12 properties to protest this year! 11 in Harris County and 1 in Fort Bend County! Thank you for the information. Harris County would not let me do Isettle.

Have you ever come across - Charlottenon Property Packtrain - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Right off the bat your video gives the most important information!! Check both boxes!!!! Wish I'd seen your video before I protested via iSettle. I submitted evidence based on market value protest but I'd only checked the value unequal compared to other properties...SMH

Yes- must print pictures and bring in to the meeting as evidence.

They went up a lot on the land value on all my properties went up quite a bit... what’s the best way to lower the land value portion of the property tax

How can they assess your property without touring it? And how can they tour your property without your permission? If they could even get to every property! Illegal assessments
