@@joelangel3014 They will have to commute to far away locations to pay the bills. Meanwhile with Dad,s gone kids will get in trouble and crime will soar.

Everyone is hiring, nobody wants to work. Everyone wants $100k a year to flip burgers

Sorry I’m not paying 400k for a 200k home. The U.S is drunk.

Port St. Lucie is like a whole neighborhood at this point! Not enough jobs NOR activities. It’s boring and overpriced. A 1 bed 1 bath starts 1300. How is that in anyway affordable with the lack of jobs along with pay

Humm … where did you find 1300 more like 1700

Boring. Yes that’s why I moved here. The busy active cities suck. Stay boring Port St Lucie.

Prices are too high. Get rid of the hedge fund investors that buy up tens of thousands of homes and rent them out.

The man that sell grapes would never say his grapes are sour, lolololol . The buyer will say they sour after they take them home and taste them. So I my opinion core logic was there holy grail and all of sudden this website is wrong lolololol so only time will tell just wait and see because a $4500 a mortgage rate will not be sustainable for most jus watch.

I prefer Hollywood Beach Florida and Hallandale Beach Florida more than Daytona beach, they just got way more things to do restaurants, bars, lounges and a good nightlife. ☀️

Fake news. It's been 12 months since this post, and prices have only gone up.

Port St Lucie is simply a gigantic housing development which was terribly planned, yet has a population of 250,000. There are barely any roads to handle the crush of traffic. One crash will bring gridlock. There are barely any bike lanes, and multiuse trails are nonexistent. There is no downtown area at all! There is no culture. The cost of living is sky high.

When has a real estate broker has EVER admitted home prices will go down? Never.

The prices of housing is not drooping because population increase, the bad side is that population increase not all can't afford housing, that is missing in the equation, numbers wont make sense looking the data is something else missing . it will be a nomad population moving place to place finding the promise land no where to find. at the moment with other fact in place like home insurance increase, (beside high mortgage rates) is not near buyers market.
