Ranunculus: The Different stages of Harvest for Different Markets

Depending on where I'm selling the ranunclus, I'll let it bloom differently.
The wholesale markets want it tighter, but for the farmers market and my farmstand, my customers want to see more color. I recommend testing your markets and harvesting for what sales best.
Now, let me be clear, we are not recommending you sell past its prime ranunculus, just allowing to to bloom further in the field without losing it's vase life.
