I struggled with Fulgores linker for a while too. It seems like you have to hold the direction on the laser eyes for it to not just knock the guy over.

I'll try to get online more frequently. I need to learn the lobby system better. I was pretty confused jumping in. My first match I joined, my character was already selected and the match had already started. But it's really cool that it has lobbies. Wish the MK cab did that.
The Fight Pad is the HORI COMMANDER but you can't find it new anymore. You can still get the SWITCH version and use a converter. As for the arcade stick. It's a custom build, but I can send you the blueprints I made for it.

One thing I can't quite get a handle on is the timing on interrupting some moves. Like say with Fulgores Cyber Dash or Saberwulfs Saber Spin. I know a quick version makes it go the shortest distance and fierce the longest distance but are they any faster? Sometimes I can interpret a move with a Cyber Dash or Saber Spin and start a combo and other times I get blocked. Like, Orchid will use her fire cat and I can hit her right after but sometimes I just get blocked. I find it especially hard on Riptor and Jago. Am I just not getting the timing right or am I not using the right level of move?
I'd love to say I know all the frame data and exacts, but I've always thought all the openers were unsafe, it's just that you have to retaliate quickly. A little lag can mean that it will get blocked because by time you think it's finally safe to attack and execute your move, you're already behind by a few frames. I had this issue when I first had to XboxOne version online. In the arcade, it was a gimme. Online, I had to start retaliating before I thought I could. So far, on the Arcade1up, my connections with other players has been really solid to where this hasn't really been an issue.
@@GlaciusXL I installed mame and the game file that I could find, but it keeps telling me that I'm missing files like "ki-l14.u98" and so it doesn't work, and I don't can't find a good up-to-date game file with all the data
I'll get right on it! Truthfully, I really don't know too many on those other than what I've already mentioned in videos. TJ QK auto being unbreakable for 2p. Glacius WAKE-UP is unblockable in general. I've heard some perfectly timed meaty setups can be unblockable but I've never practiced it or seen it. And of course a couple instances I've mentioned in the tutorials where you can hit someone between rounds with Cinder, TJ, or ... the one I'll admit I'm guilty of on occasion depending on who it is... Spinal vs TJ. There's probably a lot more but I never really dug to find them because I don't like that stuff. It's fun at times among two players who use these things back and forth sparingly, but I don't like the games to boil down to just a bunch of busted stuff or 2 or 3 moves over and over. It's just not fun to me. Like, I'd rather have cool matches and lose them all, than to win every fight with one character using 2 moves. At that point, why am I playing? I also don't enjoy fighting against that. Just the same thing, or some busted loop. For me personally, it's just lame. That's why I always use Random Select (at least until it gives me the same character 3 or more times). I just like the game and honestly, if I can't win as anybody, then I'm not great at the GAME, I'm great as a CHARACTER.
@@GlaciusXL Yea I'm with you on that topic but most players online do these and whatever it takes to win. Even running away and playing running turtle or fireballs. Most of the top players rely on broken stuff too so I've fell into learning these dirty tricks to fight fire with fire but it's lame. I do enjoying doing this with some of my friends for fun though. We sometimes play to see who can be the biggest cheeseball lol. Which comes to Orchid battles usually lol
@@Grasshopper-KI Yeah, it would be good to know so you can return fire for sure. Let them know "I know this BS too, but I don't need it, but if I do, I can do it better." But my issue is that, because I don't play like that, I'm not practiced in the "lame" stuff as much as them. Not saying it's not a legit way to play, it's just not my thing.

I am addicted to slow mo Enders though ha but not as easy to do online as it is against the cpu
