Try the Flagstaff House up above Boulder Colorado. Upscale restaurant, great food, Amazing views
Try Sherman Deli as well. Phenomenal food and service.
Sandia Peak in ABQ, NM also has a tram with a nice restaurant @ the top
You can get quesotacos out here at various places like chinitos tacos in Lakewood,papis tacos in Norwalk but have various locations @RockstarEater
