Florida developer makes proposal for vacant mall property

Local residents walk up and down its halls daily past empty storefronts, some just cutting through to get to the AMC Theatres, Costco, or J.C Penney while others are just trying to get their steps in. The majority of the mall is silent and offers a glimpse into what was once a bustling shopping mall.

I think malls will be gone within 10 years. It’s sad reality and I’m sad too and it’s where I used to hang out and still bring my kids to hang. My kids love to walk around the mall because it’s not always about shopping it’s just the atmosphere. Malls are getting lesser and more empty every year
