I've been thinking about this lately because I'm currently going through information overload. I've been on a self improvement journey and I've watched tons of videos on weight loss and feminimity and I've caught myself just sitting there listening and agreeing without actually thinking about the content going in my head. Everyone also has different thoughts on how to do things so it can be overwhelming and discouraging, but I'm going to be more cognizant moving forward and really think about do I believe this instead of letting someone convince me it's right based on their delivery, tone of voice, etc.

Honestly sis, I have been right there too! It's so overwhelming and sometimes you just have to lower the volume of everything and decide how you're going to run your life now that you've gotten all of these suggests and options.
