What it looks like to me:
Feminine Savior = Unconscious respect (on Autopilot but half assing it)
Masculine Demon = Conscious respect (don't feel like doing it, but respect it too much not to, Peacocking is more obvious)

Masculine Ne feels like my abstract exploration is very intentional. Like I don’t quite daydream but I’m always imagining and creating connections between things and making things complicated for no reason.
Feminine Si (and demon to be fair) seems to be like random facts, situations, and events that prove the patterns im seeing. They also show up as random memories drifting into my mind or things reminding me of something that has happened without me knowing what exactly it is. Not sure if that’s accurate but that’s my understanding of M Ne and F Si

As a Si savior, I don't see the point of organizing things by color. Wouldn't it be better to organize it by function or another meaningfull classification. For example, I organize my desk in a way the things I use more often are closer to me, and I organize my bookshelf by similarities of content. Though I guess there are some situations where organizing things by color could be usefull...

    • @lishayost144
      @lishayost144 Před 3 lety +3

I'm INTP M Si and I can relate to that. I would not organize by color unless color was the only relevant category (which I think would be rare). I like to put together like items, or items that are typically used together, and in an order that makes sense (if lining up items like books). My problem is with my Ne though, everything seems to deserve its own category, so either a bunch of stuff is never put away because I don't know where it should go, or a bunch of crap just goes in a drawer or box so I don't have to look at it anymore. And I have so many different types of things that don't fit together because I have so many interests. But once something has its place, I get very annoyed if someone else uses it and doesn't put it back where it goes. And even when I shove crap in a box, I usually remember which box I put it in, so even if it's a bunch of random stuff in that box, I'll remember which box it's in. Right now I can't find my heating pad and it is driving me crazy. It is literally nowhere that makes sense to me. I always blame my husband on things like that. But every once in awhile it was me who misplaced something or didn't put something away, so I have to not automatically point the finger, just in case. I look like a fool when that happens.

I’m starting to think I have demon masculine sensory. I definitely respect the sensory; facts are facts and I’m pretty good at remembering shit. But. If you see me actually try to move through the world, you can tell there is a weird disconnect between my mind and my body. My proprioception is off. I don’t have an innate sense of how to use objects, I tend to hold them weird. I’m awkward and clumsy. I don’t have a good sense of my own strength; I’ll often slam things down much harder than I need to or alternatively not apply enough force. I also have sensory processing issues. I’m much more irritated/blinded by bright light than others. Visual clutter is also an issue for me, I cannot concentrate when there is a whole heap of shit in my visual field. But the worst is auditory. I fucking hate loud noise. It physically and mentally pains me. Auditory clutter is also really bad. I cannot hold a conversation if there’s a lot of background noise because I cannot pick out the voice of the person I’m talking to from all the other garbage sounds. It’s also hard to think of a reply when literally 80% of your brain is just trying to process what the other person is saying. I also don’t know how loud my own voice is. I tend to talk way too loud, but occasionally I’ll be way too quiet and mumbly.
These issues have plagued me my whole life but I’ve gotten better. When I was a kid I couldn’t stand hand dryers in malls and would melt down if I accidentally set one off. Now I can bear it though it isn’t pleasant.

You sound like an Si-user to me. Interestingly, I have seen patterns like this with both masculine demon Si and feminine savior Si. If it's a savior, you feel responsible for it but it's too loosey goosey to properly grasp when feminine. If it's a demon, you don't feel responsible for it but it's so concrete you can't ignore it when masculine. So far one of the easiest differentiators I've found is memory... but this is tricky because people who have a bad memory sometimes think they have a good memory. If you tell the same stories over & over again but the details of those stories change slightly over time, and people tell you that you are contradicting yourself or changing your story (even if you don't see it), it might be feminine. And if you stay remarkably consistent and wonder why people can't keep their lies straight, it might be masculine. Another question that springs to mind is "How do you know when you're hungry?" (and "Have you ever been wrong?" i.e. thought you were but you weren't or vice versa, as strange as that may sound).
The first part of your comment reminds me a bit of myself, and I'm pretty certain I'm M-D-Si. For example, I've held a pencil the "wrong" way my whole life. Every teacher I had from kindergarten through middle school tried to correct this and warned me that I would get hand cramps when I got older, but I shrugged it off & continued holding it this weird way. It didn't feel like "my problem" because sensory is a demon to me; I don't feel responsible for it and it doesn't feel "real" anyway. But at the same time it's very concrete to me and I stay consistent and when physical pain does hit me it hits me like a ton of bricks.
I also don't like loud noises (though I think for most people it's not an issue of "liking" so much as being desensitized and destroying their hearing when they were young) and have misophonia around a select group of sounds. But I can still tune out background noise and concentrate on one sound (side note: this is a skill that playing a musical instrument actually helps with tremendously. I've always been able to pick voices out of the clamor. But when listening to music I used to hear a song as one sound, comprised of each component layered on top of another but unified nonetheless. When I started playing drums I became better at picking out only drum sounds so I could listen for the drums without the distraction of the guitar, bass, vocals, etc. I was just wondering if that might help you somehow)
I do feel disconnected from reality (part of that likely from being intuitive, partly from simply being an introvert and thus the external world feels less real, part of that may be demon sensory, part of it is likely Se PoLR, and part of it may be related to being enneagram type 5), but at the same time, I actually do not consider myself clumsy at all. Part of your comment reminds me of myself, but most of your comment reminds me very much of an ISTJ friend I have who has feminine Si (savior) and also happens to be diagnosed with Aspergers. What you said about not being able to tune out background noise, visual clutter, and bright lights are all issues he has, and common spectrum hypersensitivities. The way you describe processing information also reminds me very much of this FM Si/Te. Just something to consider :)

Hmm, well, I’ve had people tell me I’ve got a good memory. My mum often brings me places when she needs to remember certain details because I’m better than her at that. I memorised the periodic table song when I was 11 and still remember it. I have very vivid memories from when I was very young and my parents are shocked when I mention them and they’re accurate to what actually happened. In school I didn’t need to study much because I absorbed all the material in class and could retain it for the test. Mum will get me to remember a number plate or date and time and it will leave my mind for a while. When she asks what it was I can immediately recall it. Sometimes I doubt myself but I’m about 85% accurate.
I don’t remember the specifics of what people say sometimes. It doesn’t strike my brain as important enough to remember, especially if the conversation is about something like what they ate for breakfast.
I’m not diagnosed with Aspergers but I have a lot of the traits and often question whether I was overlooked by the system.

My boyfriend is almost certainly demon feminine sensory and he has terrible memory, organisation, ect. He doesn’t respect the sensory AND he’s all loosey goosey with it. Often can’t tell when he’s hungry until I give him food, and tells me he doesn’t trust his body to not just trip over itself and land him face first on something sharp.
So I end up with the sensory stuff. I don’t respect it like an s-saviour would, but I can’t ignore my own hunger like he can. Dirty sheets bother me because I notice them. Remembering important dates is just a given to me because they’re so real. Time is real, measurable, concrete for me. For him, time is fluid and speeds up and slows down at random.

The sensory for me is fluid, I don't need to remember the facts in every little detail, I need to use the facts to get to a solid understanding of the big picture. The big picture is what I aim at, I want to understand all these concepts, but I'm not able to jump directly to it, I need to carefully use the known facts to get there.

      - when I have a concept, let's say:
      - a goal: I am obsessed with the goal the way I set it, and I may distort reality (Se) to make it fit into my goal (bending reality so I can make my vision the way it is no matter what).
      - a concept/mechanism: When I figure out a pattern on, let's say, how things work, I stick with it forever, and everywhere I go I always remember and apply the same principles consistently. For instance, I even notice that a lot of life philosophies comes in 3 concepts LOL. Like health, productivity... so for everything I got the habit of creating "Triads", like the Triad of Health (sleep, diet, exercise), the Triad of productivity (definition of goal / overall structure and stages of development / everyday tactics and adaptation).
This is so funny because it doesn't make a lot of sense that I always have 3 exact parameters for my concepts, but I do.
I guess that's how Masculine Ni works. The "TRIAD" is my concept, and I always manage to narrow everything down to 3 concepts easily - maybe it's because there are only 3 Dimensions of reality hahaha I don't know.

Probably hard to follow but here goes I’m a convergent systems thinker “Te”. The point of view is inside looking out. Te reduces things to a finite value which is equal to 1. “One reason” or the 1st principle. As long a I have a reason I’m ok but thinking has another point of view “Ti” the outside looking in and observing different systems reacting with each other. I see the purpose of my Ni as a relay, or delay station that either speeds up or slows down the flow of sensory data to my conscious Thinking allowing me to see the from the Ti position. My Fusion of Te/Ti produced intuition on the thinking spectrum I’m still in the dark some what with respect to Fe. When you look at “Evolution” sensory was 1st then it organized into “feeling” our 1st system; organized sensory produced later produced “Thinking” our 2nd system: sensory attached to feelings organized into patterns for faster processing producing an inner and outer view point of that sensory with respect to feelings and the same system developed independent with respect to thinking. (I think the visualization that’s showing up is the next step in our minds evolutionary pattern, organized intuition) “more efficient ways to processing info in our environment) I’ve searched and asked and can’t find an reason why the psy field would decide that 2 separate systems which evolved at different times would both be controlled by 1 organ or develop at the same rate? Sharing my thoughts because at this moment my questions have questions. I’ve learned so much from watching you two that I’ve now got all my coworkers watching y’all too and it’s now something we’re all talking about. We’re all also rather confused. The 2 systems operating independently both clears up thinking and complicates them too.

You're one of the first people I've seen a comment of that says things right. I've been saying what you're saying for a long time too. I personally believe that the reason the conscious mind developed is because our consciousness is actually an advanced information reordering system. We're conscious simply because that's the product of the operation that deeply analyses information to find hidden meaning. Doing so systematically using your 1st system, as you call it, will produce an effect quantifiable as 'creativity' or 'openness'. It makes sense. Look at the brain scans. Almyglada plays a huge role in regulating emotion, simply because (I believe so) that it is the center that evaluates scores attached to memories to judge their immediate relevancy or not. This is where I believe neuro-atypical like autism or otherwise a form of high sensitivity are different. This would explain most issues we find unquantifiable now among people. Simply because we've been treating it as one self-balancing system, rather than 2 separate self balancing but symbiotic systems. They don't clash because they have different roles to play, their domain of interacting on information is simply so vastly different, that they only have a limited bandwidth of 'conversation' ability. Therefore, our subconscious can reason rediculously fast because it has fast access to long term memory, much like an indexed rational database, while our conscious thinking can go rediculously deep or far without losing integrity of thought (Like a heavily nested function running on cpus). But where the magic happens is when the subconscious is conditioned to operate in very specific way, in sync with a retrained conscious mind. When this happens, there is an efficient transfer of information and awareness. This phenomenom could be explained as enlighting or clearing the fog. This isn't anything fancy I'm mentioning here, they're habbits. Habbits is when an action or thought is attached to a larger underlaying body of memories of high value residing in the subconscious mind. You don't think about it, because simply because you don't see a problem with it. There isn't. The information resides in the subconscious mind. It'll use the information as long as it is deemed relevant. This is where contradictory ideas will start plagueing the mind. Once you start seeing truths after having lived in an illusion of sorts, the world becomes a different place. As a child, our brain are not fully developed yet. Memories do not form connections that sustain rational thought. The fundamentals of rational thought become stronger after each repetitive step over a period of time. Its nothing more than very specifically crafted habbits based on tiny yes-no switches in our brain trained like any other artificial neural network would.
Sorry for the long rant there, bud. As for OPS, I've noticed an increase of contradictory usage of terms. One of the last videos told about Fe and Te and even proceeded to pose examples that could be interpreted as either. Now not saying their principles are wrong, but surely I haven't seen evidence that prove the opposite. Their system is like a broken math system. Its an axiomatic truth, it is true because the model is built of from probabilities and then rationalised. This is not science. Don't get me wrong. It is okay by me that they do this, because every single person who says they're wrong, they had to excersize deep thought and took effort to stand up for their ideals. That takes some significant cognitive investment no other animal can do.
It goes to show that despite a model like this in my opinion, not being rationally useful, it does have its purposes.
However, just like any other hate out there, I'm still watching. Its simple. They're trying to convey principles, not rationale. it may be hard to pick out the dirt and ego from it, but surely if they feel its worth the effort to put online, there must be something in it. Whether it is money or knowledge, only time will tell.

Ne in a savior [such as an INFP, Fi Ne]; strikes me as being the closest thing to that mythic female intuition. If so, it would be both strong AND masculine. I mean, INFP's are stubborn as hell about their Fi, and I can only imagine that's also backed up by strong Ne. I mean, I can imagine a female INFP being very feminine overall-perhaps the most feminine person in the room; but having masculine Fi and Ne-because they're both so strong.
My Se is a demon btw, so probably not masculine, lol. But that's another question, wouldn't a demon ALWAYS be feminine, because it's simply not asserting itself?

But it really does massively increase your chances of having great taste in music and art, especially if combined with IF and J. Roger Waters-who wrote practically all the melodies and lyrics for Pink Floyd before their decline; was INFJ. Gilmour, who's an S [also an FJ]; was a great guitarist, but lacked the ability to write timeless melodies-the HARDEST thing to do in music, and his lyricism also lacks Water's sensitivity.
Contrast that with ESFP and ISFP; they [at least the ones I know] utterly lack the ability to sort the wheat from the chaff, are true subjectivists/relativists who genuinely believe crap like "there is no good or bad art/music, only art/music you like or don't like", are shallow [i.e disregard group consensus-which includes scientific means of evaluation-so not just art or music, hell, the one's I know don't even read-yet are opinionated nonetheless-because of their Fi-their feelings make something "true" or not]; and their music taste is dreadful, because that critical/evaluative muscle for judging; atrophied decades ago. So when they do [hypocritically] make judgements, as all must [such as liking a song]; they always get it wrong. Inevitably. They lack sensitivity, nuance, critical thinking skills and consequently possess poor aesthetic judgement. Now if they're feminine regarding their saviors, it's not so bad. But if they're masculine, i.e really blast their atrocious taste in music and belief that "there is no good or bad music..."; someone who has savior Ni: couldn't be in the same room as them.
