- A Toronto bike ride on the new Movin' electric bike. I just got this bike a few days ago and this is the first video I've recorded since it arrived. I ride along a brutal Eglinton Avenue West, down Oakwood Avenue and take Davenport over to Yonge Street.

That was a great ride, but truthfully I was on the edge of my seat half the time. People do not appreciate bikers. Glad you're still in one piece.
i had the same thought. I think perhaps the camera has a slightly wider angle because my heart is in my mouth when you're driving between a very LARGE truck and parked cars. Please be careful.

I may sound a little paranoid, but the batteries on ebikes can be dangerous. In fact, in my city ebikes are not allowed to enter apartment buildings for numerous reports on fire caused by ebike batteries. Pls do not leave the charger plugged in all day or overnight, and keep the battery away from any flammable materials in your apartment. Be safe!
I store them at room temperature and don't leave them plugged in after charging. I'm not too worried. Cheers

bedford@ davenport..yaa some pedestrians that block bike lane dont pay attention or look both ways cautiously..that goes for taxi drivers/delivery bikes or purolator etc...that do their services along thoze lanes which is not rightful plaice attall. cheers
Hey. Great video as usual! I picked up my Movin The Union today. I was going to Gift it but decided to keep it. I have not jumped onto it yet, but will in the morning. I have a Rad Mini with a 750 watt motor from the U.S.A, I know it’s not legal but I don’t abuse it. It will be interesting to see the comparison. Keep up the great work. P.S. I just ordered a suspension seat post. What are your thoughts on getting one? 😲👍
I've heard the Rad Mini's are great. I love my Movin' though and the 500w motor is plenty (I imagine 750 would be ridiculous). Enjoy the new bike! As for the suspension seat post, I haven't looked into that before... interesting!
