- After graduating and getting your CDL it’s hard to find a trucking job. In this video I explain why and how you can go about finding a company who will hire you.

Good afternoon, my brother, and you're absolutely right about that. Preach it and tell them again, I have spoken to 15 companies about the same thing
Knowledge is power 🙌🏾
Appreciate your videos bro! Mostly acing the pernit practice tests right now and studying for tanker too. Only thing is I gotta quit my job to get my cdl at Chat Tech
I’m happy you find my content useful, stay focused and do what you have to do only you know what’s good for you, I wish you the best!
I have my class B, weighing my options on if I want to get my class A (currently in law enforcement so no big rush), but what you said is spot on. With any job, do your research and put in the work. A phone call to clarify on qualifications can go a long way. It may even show a potential employer you care enough to do tbe work to get the information to see if youll be a good fit at that company.
It’s good to see my message is being understood. Thanks for your input .
I have one company that I'm waiting for, I signed my papers for training but I'm still waiting
Congrats on that, and stay safe out there!
Did you get your CDL paid by Amazon?
Yup!
If they learn how to drive a manual, they have a better chance.
Yeah that non restricted license will have all doors open
@@rydewithtysome of those doors are not worth going through companies LOVE to take advantage of a new driver
@@carljohnson4996 Agreed! If only new drivers knew better.
You may have to drive a box truck over the road with a cdl class A
I won’t be!
What I'm saying is that the new cdl holders may have to drive box trucks to the OTR experience
@@bigdaddyrick4481 They just do anything now, it makes no sense, drivers need to be pulling trailers in order to learn to maneuver them a box truck is not the same smh
@@bigdaddyrick4481 No company considers straight truck experience. I've driven straight trucks at every job I've had, no company cared.
Box truck doesnt count as experience even if it is otr they want tractor trailer experience..
