I know quite a few Australians and they prefer Canada's weather because most hate the extreme heat. They always say "you can dress up for the cold, but you can only take off so many clothes in the summer."

A cup of a small coffee at Tim Hortons C$1.50 & in Australia will cost you A$2.50. I have met a family who migrated from the Middle East to Canada, lived in Canada for 8 yrs & all of a sudden decided to migrate to Australia coz. someone told them, its better Down Under. Well, they went, lived & after 4 yrs in Aus., packed their bags & returned back to Canada. They found Aus. cost of living higher - esp. for groceries. Many of the North American brands available in Canada are not sold at stores in Australia.

    • @AjayBalharaLive

Difference in a cup of coffee is 1 dollar. The minimum wage rate in Canada is 14 and in Australia wages + super annuation is 26, a massive difference of 12 dollars. Australia has everything home grown and fresh produce. Canada almost import everything to eat. But again each to his own.

In Ontario 13% GST gets added on top of your restaurant bill and don't forget the obligatory tip of 15% min. In Australia, the price you see is what you pay and there is no tipping at all!

Weather wins hands down in Australia. Even autumn is warm almost feels like summer and winter temperatures can hit 21 degrees with lots of sunlight. Australia has way more days of sunshine. Rents might be expensive there but salaries are high too. The cashier at a grocery store earns upto $23 unlike Canada where it’s about $14. The fruits and veggies might be expensive in Australia but extremely tasty, especially the fruit. Canada has nearly 6-8 months of winter forcing you to stay indoors for the most part of the year.

    2. I don’t like the cold. I would choose Australia for weather alone. But I have lots of relatives in both Canada & US, and only have a few friends in Australia. So I’m having a hard time which one to choose. What can you advice about these factors?
    3. I have work experience in the Middle East. Does these experience count in either Australia/Canada?
    Thanks!

I find that most people immigrate to Canada just because it's near to the United States. On paper, both Australia and Canada are similar. Pay is higher in Australia but that is counterbalanced by the fact that Australia is expensive. However, US proximity seems to just make Canada appealing.

Hi Jake and Demi, I have a question regarding WES. So I completed my master's from UK but out of 180 credits, 110 credits are from an Indian University and 70 is from the UK University. Also, I completed 110 credits in 2017-2018 and the rest 70 credits in 2019-2020. I will get my transcripts (180 = 110 + 70, including the 110 credits from Indian University) and the degree from the UK University. Now I am confused about what should I put my country of education and the duration of the study. It would be great if you can help me out here. Thanks!

I also visited so many cafes and restaurants and nothing i ever liked only one dosa place called guru lakshmi and this persian plce in north york by graydon hall drive .NOTHING ELSE. Because majority of the time food is not fresh its all exporter nothing properly grows it cant its cold. Also people say hosipitals r good and health carr system is good ITS BECAUSE THE COUNTRY MAKES YOU SICK🤣 its depressing plce to be in.If you ever go to canada only to go vancouver and monteral or just move to australia!

Each to his own. By the way Yorkdale mall in Downtown is awesome. Australia doesn't hv Naigara falls. I mean each place has its own beauty . I was in Sydney and summer can become burning hell as well. So , I still take a lot of your points. But people in canada hv a pretty long life span. People become sick by making wrong choices . That can happen in any country. Spring,Fall and Summers are beautiful in Canada.

@@AjayBalharaLive Yes but we do have other destinations, and how many times can you see niagra falls you will get bored of it after the 5th time. Sorry I ranted yesterday didnt mean to come across as rude , everyone has the right to there own opinon. Also malls they make it big there because they dont have that cafe lifestyle. But also going to the mall window shopping or shopping gets really boring after a while, people dont even dress up there so I never got why people like the mall lol i hope you two get to visit melbourne one day. Please visit monteral and vancouver you will see a major difference compared to toronto. I just found the food never amazing like australias food. Even get a loaf of bread had like 10 ingredients, check your bread ingredients when you get thre chance. But yes my husband loves toronto where as I hated it i guess I grew up here and in nz so I am use to it and like the australian standards. But you got to admit no one really runs or walks there and in terms of healthy lifestyle and food they have more healthier options here.

Personal experiences: Not worth it, now getting PR from point based scheme in Australia is almost impossible (because they are not releasing this Visas), as they want you to move to regional areas. Regional area in Australia has so less prospects and also there are lot of incidents of Racism and attack towards migrants, most of those racist hooligans hate South Asian/Indian immigrants. Also, subtle Racism and colour based favourism in workplace is beyond description, sometimes it breaks you from within, it is like getting cut with thousand blades.

    2)ECA done .
    3)WES is also done n approved .

For Australia only the EOI from Europe costs 3500 euros for one person. It is really expensive. The time is really not fixed. My Canadian PR took 2 yrs anyways bcz the immigration officer was plain stupid and rejected a valid document putting my application in suspension for a looooong time.
So it is not 6 months. The time varies from case to case and depends hugely on the case officer.

      @AjayBalharaLive  Před 5 lety

That's quite rare actually, most of the people get their visa in 6 to 7 months. 2 years is actually one of a kind case. Waiting for too long can be very irritating.

But racial discrimination is really true. I actually know some Australian born Italians who actually moved to Europe after having faced it for years

Could you guys tell me , can I do MBA without accounting and wouldn't it be difficult for hindi medium background student or not. As each immigration agent told me it wouldn't be difficult but I can't trust them. Please tell me in details.
