    Can this be performed with no network cable attached? Printer was working fine just seemed like it lost ip protocol. Printout reads all 0's

    Thanks to the two comments, I finally got the printers working. All I needed to do was find out IP address as I was not able to scan it through my network.

    Charles, first turn on your printer wait for the printer end its tasks then connect the network cable, the leds on the rj45 female will start to blink, thsoi means you will get the option on the video, good look.

    Something to be mentioned is this: you must have printer plugged into your network and then power-on the printer before you start the process shown in this video. I had attempted to set the IP address before I ever plugged it into my network and the menus in this video were not exactly the same. Quite frustrating.

    Just to add one thing you need to restart printer in order to take effect of new ip
