Just curious. I thought this particular grout product was 8 to 10 minutes before cleaning? I see you’re doing it right away. Can I get away with this? Doing my backsplash soon with the same product.
I have never had any issues with this particular pre-mixed grout wiping it down as soon as I apply it. The critical thing with flex color CQ is to not overwash. Excessive water will remove too much of the polymers and it will not cure properly.

Put the grout down for 2 minutes, then clean. Cleaning will be much easier this way.
