Mine showed up today. Both batteries were dead, so dead the charger wouldn't charge them. Did the old "jump start" trick for a few seconds and they immediately started charging.

Should be able to jump them with a good battery. Just connect for a few minutes then it should have enough juice for the charger to charge them.
