    The Daytime running light are much brighter now & the front turn signals too. The IFS wasn't so delicate as in Audi or Mercedes' digital lights, but it's goos overall for this segment.

    New to your channel. Thanks for the great videos on the facelift. Probably crazy for watching because I bought 24 Hybrid Ltd in early Sept. I'm a little envious of the new gear shift and dash display as they seem like a nice improvement. It's been so many years since I had the shifter on the steering wheel though it might be harder to adjust to than the buttons. 😉 I cringed while seeing the auto car wash, though. I'm obsessed with avoiding scratches on my Phantom Black.

    Hi, I have Tucson 2022 I have bought from the Hyundia branch here. I'd like to ask about the headlight in the night-driving time. I feel the light does not give enough long distance, as I barley can see the dark road from distance which 10 meters ahead. My question is it normal? or I need to adjust the headlight which I do not know how to make the light goes further to be able to see the dark road on the highway.

    It's nice to see it getting it with this facelift. Are the DRLs the new high beams if I understand correctly since they got brighter in the light demo?
    The new Sportage in Europe has had IFS this whole time. I'm not sure how good it is, but it was disappointing that the Tucson in Europe only got MFR LEDs, which are worse than the projectors for other markets.

    • @CarSceneKorea
      @CarSceneKorea  Před 4 měsíci

      I don't have any specific number as to the light being brighter, but I can tell you that it's the first IFS on Tucson.

    • @stephenwakeman3074
      @stephenwakeman3074 Před 4 měsíci

      Agree. It’s the one thing about my Tucson that disappointed me. I don’t think the DRLs are the high beam. They got brighter because all the other lights were turned off. That’s what happens with the current model. When the dipped headlights are active, the DRLs lower brightness.

  • @robert970202
    @robert970202 Před 4 měsíci

    So from what I saw, the IFS is kinda like a baby Matrix LED, unfortunately they added just a glimpse of the full functionality, they don't have adaptive cornering(the lights to go left right in the corners), from what I recognized they just have like 6-8 zones to turn off and on. Ok for me who I am an owner of the first gen PHEV NX4 bought last year, I am a little bit angry that they changed so much in this car, from lights, interior, even HUD(why we couldn't have this on the first gen but kona did) but I am happy about the fact that the engine, power train and batteries were left the same meaning they did a good job with that. What I expect is the price to increase significantly and not to be in that medium price segment of the compact SUVs.

    This digital headlight won't be a part of the US version. Hyundai will give us the water down version.

      @@chanzo7950 Oh. Overall I like them, especially with the refresh as they look less “wing-like.” Even as is, I think they look pretty fantastic during the day as just DRLs…especially against the dark colors. Once the headlights come on, the look doesn’t really work so well.

    What you talking about, intelligent head light are fitted to the current 2023 car has got you dont blind on coming car or people Walking, thats why it got led matrix lights fitted . The top of the range phev tucson in the uk comes fitted with led intelligent front light imchecked with my dealer as the spec sheet say it does and he confirmed it do he even took me to see the lower spect car with the projector type led. So it's not new . Do not like the steering wheel .

      The only car that had IFS, which this Tucson has was IONIQ 6 from Hyundai. No other cars except Genesis had this tech thus far. You are confusing with the entire headlight high-beam turning on/off, not the IFS.

    Has no one taught you to drive? I have never see such bad and dangerous driving. You do not cross your arms when turning the steering. There was zero feeding the wheel. you would not have a driving licence in the uk if you did on your test. You never ever cross your arms.

      I thought the same, is the first thing they teach to you when you start driving, never cross your arms like that, you might loose control of the car. Be careful!
