It's really annoying that the feature set on Hyundai vehicles changes between countries. I don't know if the Tuscon Hybrid I am going to test drive in Canada will have the 7-speed DCT or not. Currently I have the 2021 N-Line Sonata with the 8-speed wet DCT. Too bad they didn't put it in the Tuscon.

7:01 my current 2024 gv70 with the 20 inch rims tend to SLIGHTLY WANDER (this is not torque-steer) during boost launches but has a very plush ride. THE 21 INCH RIM MAKES NO DIFFERENCE to this behavior afaik. In general for ANY of my cars, l if I had an EASY choice to swap with a smaller rim, I would so as to improve ride quality.

It needs to contribute to a soft ride and good handling characteristics, good aero for mileage/range while allowing adequate brake ventilation without brake fade in case I'm driving fast down the mountains. Needs to have a decent manufacturer warranty against large pothole damage too. Nothing else really matters. Nobody needs to be modifying the look to make it distinct / unique*. These cars are RARE. * I have one now, and have seen only 3 other gv70 in the past month in N.California.

Great vehicle - only thing that scares me is the short life a small Turbo engines have... they don;t seem to last as long as non-turbo engines.

Love the tan and gray interior combo. If history repeats, most that are actually available on lots will be black., with black, gray or white exteriors. Even this "blue" one looks silver/gray

The added noise and harshness and fuel consumption coming from 21" wheels would keep me from buying the most premium model if there is no alternative. I hate this impractical styling gimmick.

All looks great except for that giant squarish screen. Hope they get past this fad soon and design a better integrated console into the dash cockpit style. A square screen with fake circular gauges behind a round steering wheel ruins many design lines. Also genesis if you're reading please put the volume controls back on the left side of the steering wheel where they belong, the right hand does not need redundant controls on the steering wheel and console!

Maybe the best channel out there for Korean cars. Nevertheless, once you get close to Santa Fe, there is now way you would change to Sorento. Santa Fe is a breakthrough in terms of design and spaces. Sorento is a more or less what we already know plus its design is modern-boring.

Needs wider tires. 265 is narrow for a sporty SUV. Needs 275 up front and 295 in the rear. Or just march BMW and Mercedes with 315 in the back and 275 up front

I would go for the Santa Fe with its new bold exterior and interior design. Currently, I own a Sorento. What I dislike about the Sorento is the piano black interior and the design of the aircon vent of the facelift models. I feel the new Sorento front boxy design does not match with the rear curve design. Unlike Santa Fe, it is boxy at the front and rear. Yeah the 2024 Hybrid Santa Fe for me. I love that genesis makes their vehicles unique and you can still distinguish the sport models from the regular I wish genesis introduce a magma package on the sport version only with some sort of electrification for added power and efficiency unique to only the sport models

The G70 needs an interior facelift. Crazy that the GV70 came out the same time as the 2022 G70 refresh and it has already had several major changes and facelifts while the G70 has gotten nothing. I'm really starting to think Genesis doesn't care about the G70 at all. It's pretty obvious they have put it on the backburner
