The fact that this was done by a solo dev is a testament to what you can do with talent and hard work.
"Let's start rebuilding the dog," said young Vic Frankenstein at the school Science Fair.
CJU starts a game immediately asks the all important questions like can I leave and does the toilet work lol
Holy crap, when you turned the corner and the wolf man was right there I let out the most pathetic high pitched scream 😂
The jump scares in this game work so well. They really got me.
Nice one CJU, I shouted with you when you came face to face with Wolfman. He seemed madder than purple shit, haha
Me too, let out a righteous scream. I'd a been embarrassed had it not set me to giggling afterwards. Dang this one-man dev studio is good.
BRIDGE CURSE 2 REFERENCE LESSGOOOO
Me too! It startled my dog lol
That made me jump too! 😂
@@tartatovsky Haha indeed 🤘
Good game without being draggy, and the jumpscares were well placed and effective. 4 thumbs up, Dev. 👍👍👍👍 Great game play, Chris, thanks.
Heck. It didn't turn out how I expected it to. But, there are still some creepy possibilities... 🐺👀 Thanks for another nearly hour long video, Chris. 👍
**Is outside howling at the moon** 🌕🐺
Best commentary CZcamsr out here on CZcams absolutely. Love it keep going you should be the one with 4.M subscriber. Keep growing 👏👏👏👏👏
for real, I've gone through his back catalogue so many times. Never found another like him
I wonder if you had chosen to call James pathetic, maybe that would trigger another ending where you either kill the Wolfman and then James as you become a Wolfwoman yourself.
Nope, it's still the same ending. The only difference is James gets killed by Wolfman and Wolfman gets killed by Julie, which frees her from the werewolf curse, but leaving her the only survivor.
@@railmacher1303 Aw, I had the same theory, but I guess it wouldn’t make sense for Julie to turn if killing the Wolfman cured you. Maybe if she’d turned just as the Wolfman approached and they’d both killed Jack together, but Jack either living or dying is a simpler way to create two possible endings without significantly impacting the preceding gameplay.
That was really good! And you telling Jack that you wanted to use a screwdriver as a shank was awesome! You always make me laugh! Loving the longer videos too man! Thank you
Haha! The indignant “i was going to threaten him with a screwdriver!” got me too 😂
CJU: I'm really likin' this.
Me: Hehe, "lycan."
I had to go back to the first video before watching this conclusion, and it was a pretty sweet game! Definitely some kind of generic parts and I do wish the "fight" with the werewolf had some more to it, but it was fun. Kudos, dev, and thanks for sharing with us, Chris!
Totally hehe same here
When you said die you monster I mentally added you don't belong in this world lol
I wish I could like this comment more than once.
For a solo dev, I thought this was pretty good. The puzzle solutions were logical, if a bit simple. The pacing was also good; having to hide from an enemy and fetch items to progress can get old very quickly, but they kept things moving. I appreciated that they took time to establish the characters and create a backstory, something often neglected in indie horror games. That attention to detail is what makes a character’s actions explicable and turns a corpse from a decorative object to a person whose death means something. Even if it’s not hugely emotionally impactful, it helps to make a story more memorable.
I hope the dev continues to make games. They have a solid grasp of the basics, and if they’re willing to put in the work (or find a partner/team that’s strong in the areas they’re weak) I think they have a lot of potential.
yeah but the story it's s still felt confusing.... what's the connection about Michael and Toby, I mean, they could had bean more important charactes for the story, and I also don't quite understand who the wolfman was... like, it's the guy about the stories, but we also could know more about our antagonist. Most indie games have pretty good gameplays, but holes in the script
Love how the werewolf apparently has no sense of smell, a wolf's strongest sense!
Nice job on that. A good game for a solo attempt. I always liked when you go with your first choice and I wonder if she would kill James as a wolfgirl but this one is also ok.
So typical wolfmen to lock up their precious cane-handle.
An insanely good skit. Pc player former console player here. Glad I did and can’t imagine going back.
I really enjoyed the first part, but I felt chapter 2 was super generic, until we met back with James at least. I'm completely over those "main character stuck in a house with a killer/monster having to solve puzzles to get out" types of games and well, thats exactly what we got ;) But all in all, this was perfectly decent for a game made by a solo dev.
I love your channel Chris! The variety of games you play is excellent. We went from Indika, which was haunting and beautiful, to a game like this. While this was a bit jank and generic, it was entertaining as hell to watch!
14:35 this part of the game is starting to feel like that game “granny” lol where you have to find items and ways through doors and things to unlock the door and get out 😂 just this part so far… and that’s not a bad thing.. that games a good time too
Hey, nice! Idk why I totally forgot about this so soon and had no idea there was a part 2 to this lol! 🤭
40:13 got me
48:18 Jane: _"I Have The Powaaaar!"_ ~She-Jane!
SOOOOOOOOO GOOOOOD. Thank you for posting this Video. Was just watching you playing SCP secrets..
I love the way you ask, ‘Should this worry me?’ Are you kidding me? EVERYTHING should worry you!
Lucky that wolf is blind and can't see your flashlight...
Not bad CJ, thanks for this. I was Quite intrigued by this one!
That was really fun! Thank you for playing, CJU!
I actually screamed out loud when you went round the corner and the wolf was there 😂
40:15 The Wolfman scared the shit out of me!!! 😱
22:33 A peep hole in the wall.
I love the second chapter of this game🥰🥰 so many great jump scares 🤣🤣
This was great! The werewolf was really good
Just rewatched part 1 so now I’m ready to finish the story
Wohoo! Another CJU upload. Let's go babyyy
Sad to see this game end. I loved the spooky feel of it.
40:15, that one got me good!
I’m really enjoying this. Another great play through.
Love this channel. I tune in all the time! Keep up the amazing work!
I really enjoyed that! Thanks, CJ.
This was exciting! Great game!
Yessss been waiting!
You're so funny!!! LOL!!!!
I do wonder however, if the “You’re pathetic” dialogue option has any play over the ending or not
Crow country is out and I would much rather watch you play it than SHB 👀
Yaay nice one 👍🏻 I remember thinking I'd like to know how this one ends
Hi cju thank you for playing 😊
Not a bad little game. I must admit, I was expecting a different ending. But this works.
And, as I said in the demo/part 1, werewolves are severely underrated among the monster community.
So, all in all, this was awesome!
*Now please play Syberia: The World Before.*
😊😊🏆🏆
✨Your channel is outstanding ✨
A pretty good game. Fun to watch. 😁👍
Hi Chris 👋 👋 ❤❤❤
I would really love if you went through a few games with your camera going the entire time!
More Indie than horror. But thank you nonetheless for the hard work.
nothing wrong with SIMPLE puzzles in HORROR games .
Just bought it to day after watching you play it looks really good
cage wasn't locked? i can only imagine because we are transforming into a werewolf, otherwise this doesn't make sense.
34:54 i thought i was the only one left
35:01 still surprised the others are dead despite believing that was the case.
silly james
35:19 James replies to himself
how did james get a screwdriver while in a cell? that is 2 reasons to be suspicious of him...
james knew about it? it was such a stupid plan...
140 k .... Brilliant!! 😊
26:55
Griddy reference
Why did you need a chest to hold things? You didn’t get enough stuff lol
If the werewolf is willing to eat Jane after she's infected, does that make them a cannibal?
Lmao I liked the game. The boss fight was uneventful 😂
For sure she broke the curse . Probably why he kept you two alive trying to build his pack
Eh, I'll have to check what the first part was about, brb...
"Maybe following the blood... maybe not" you have a higher IQ than most clichéd horror movie protagonists lmao
code called code 🤣
Let’s gooo!!!!
You should try Spirit Hunter Death Mark. I think you would enjoy the art and Japanese horror style.
Love you!💜
I would like to see what would happen if you made the other choice with him if that would have changed the ending.
After seeing this, I just have to clap.
I'm really curious if there are other endings
Sup Chris
That fight with the Werewolf was lame, one stab to the chest and it's dead, that's it? I thought it was going to be longer and a lot more challenging, a bit disappointing. But overall decent game, not great though.
The first part was a bit meh, but this second part is much more entertaining.
early gang 😁😁😁
I thought the first part was pretty okay, I liked the feel and look of it with the outside elements and such, so how tf did it end with part 2 being a boring af walking/puzzle simulator. Boring with the weirdly contrived puzzles (conveniently placed coloured markers and numbers placed around) and awful jump scares. OH, and don't forget the trope of notes being placed around (not that this is the only game to ever do that but I'm so sick of seeing it be done in games.)
IT'S LITERALLY A PIECE OF PAPER IN A CAGE THAT SAYS CODE??? 39:39 And I don't wanna be too hard on indie devs but this is just some lazy shit.
completely agree. the first part and then this shit, were completely different. shouldve kept it mostly outside.
Completely forgot what the hell the was, nevermind was was going on, due to the adage of other game series & the hoomunguz wait between both parts. Soooo, Wolfy Boy has kidnapped you or something now? Okay...
not creepy enough
Yoo cju you how r you doing today
Rebuilding the dog 😂 Poody !attack !
It can be better if you can play outside in the Forest with 🐿️🦔🐇🐁🦏 ???? 🦏🤌
