      @@dramitlal thank u sir,the effort u are taking really appreaciable &the students of this dacade are the luckiest fellows. They have all the things in their fingure tips itself.
      They don't want to spent hours in library for notes &no need to fight with books for a single paragraph 🤩 on seminar topics .no need to surf all search engines for completing a project.

    Sir, Pls explain with taking me as an employee in a big MNCs like TCS,accenture,,if you as an HR have to do this aapraisal then how it will be done. From first step to last step pls explain.
    And also, Excel knowledge is also needed for an HR to arrange the data

    The whole series of performance Appraisal is great. Sorry Sir,But you have missed two important methods 1) Graphing Rating Scale Method( Under Traditional Methods) 2) BARS--> Behaviourally anchored rating scale( Under Modern Methods). If you cover these two topics it would be great for me.
