@@DWTravel I'm not an expert in folklore, but yes... "Valencian" jota (there are others) or tabal and dulzaina music for example... you can also play contemporary and modern music... not everything will be past centuries 😀Although too expensive, yes ... for a travel report🤔

Why do you use a restaurant to have paella that very few people in Valencia go there to eat paella ? Have you received money from the restaurant?

@@DWTravel of course there are hundreds of restaurants . Valencia produces a lot of rice ,we can cook more than 20 rice different food ,turist just know paella and little more and even go to Andalucía or Madrid or Barcelona and think is a food that usually eat people but it is not true .
The most tipical place to have all variety of rice courses is next to albufera lake : EL PALMAR where you can find if not the best restaurants maybe the more the quality restaurants
Paella is the symbol for tourist food like someone who thinks that Huelva is similar to la Coruña o Bilbao and so on.
Paella in Bilbao, Barcelona has nothing to do with paella en Valencia.
I remenber when I was young a restauran in a village named after pinedo where you can choose more than 20 different rice courses so Imagine the variety of rice food in Valencia . The best for me ? Or one of the best :

@@DWTravel No has sido un poco irrespetuoso? Si has visto el vídeo habrás notado que ha sido un chico español el que ha recomendado ese restaurante, y aunque no fuera así hay mejores maneras de decir las cosas.
