Next time halt near a hotel before the long Karwar flyover while going to Gokarna. Hotel Ratna. You have to go under the flyover. It's on the left. Very good south Indian breakfast. For seafood try Amrut hotel in Karwar. Visit Ankola temple. Shri Aryadurga too.

Hello brother and bhabhi I am from Goa was just wandering about my trip to madikeri with grand i 10..... I was tired while coming back home and had fatigue and exhausted after reaching home. The coastal road is really very beautiful only there are bad patches i guess at Udupi. Enjoy and have a safe journey..👍👍😊😊🛣️🛣️ saish from Goa.😊

Yes, there were few bad patches in the stretch to Udupi. But manageable. We did it non stop from Mumbai to Gokarna, so got more hectic !!

I did not mention Thane petrol purposely, as that was fuel meter set to full tank. Will end the trip with a full tank and record of all fuel filled in between!!

@@Travidiction oh thank you for replying while returning do try and visit the Karwar War Ship and also the Udupi Cafe that u saw on the right hand side right behind it is my village called as Sadashivghad where most of the homes face the Arabian sea and Kali river
We took a different route in return
But we halted at Udupi cafe for breakfast this time (after taking U turn)

Unfortunately, we skipped it !! Date of travel was 13 Jan and we were not much aware of this temple!! We visited Murudeshwar.
