The waiting for your House Boat VDO was little longer but it was worth it... Beutiful experience... Kerala is really awesome...and the people have maintained it👍
and not ruined like Konkan in Maharashtra 😢😢
Thanks a lot sir !! Took some time for editing as it's a bit different !!
Cleanliness is something of different league here !! Not only this place, also the drive in beach, which we visited was super clean too !!
Thank you so much for refreshing my day!!! I just arrived from heavy traffic in western expressways, i was stuck at bandra for 30 mins just reached aarey my home thanks alot!! i got refreshed
This really means a lot for us ,!! Thanks for the compliments 😊😊
I can understand western highway pain!!
I had been in houseboat too in 2013. Awesome exp. Kerala is really a god’s own country. You guys had nice food which you can’t get anywhere. Keep uploading videos. Maja aa gaya.
Thanks a lot !! House boat in 2013ust have been a great experience with lesser commercialization.
Food was really good and homely, fresh fishes were real delight !!
I think in all of ur vlogs this was the ultimate video....🎉
Thanks a lot !! A bit different from my regular videos as there are no roads in this video !!
Awesome Vlog and Drone shots of the Lake,Backwater & lush green fields.Houseboat stay is a must try, to experience nature at its best in God's Own Country and the authentic food they serve.Brought back memories of our houseboat stay in Allepey 14 years ago 😊
True !! Such clean places, sceneries, some good food and hospitality is unparallel !!
I am sure, things have changed over last 14 years !!
Wow nice
Thank you 🙏
lovely toooo good
Thanks a lot for the compliments!!
Wow amazing drone shoot. We are also planning to travel same route following your video after rainy season. Did you faced any sickness due to long hours of boating?
Thank you, glad that you liked it. Depending on your days in hand and interest you can also add Wayanad and Munnar - We skipped that as we are planning a separate drive to Coorg / wayanad / Munnar sometime later!
We did not face any motion sickness, few reasons for that -
1. Our boat was slightly big (3bhk)
2. When the boat was cruising we were mostly in the deck area looking outside.
3. Water was peaceful being river and lake - Sea would have been a bit harsh
@@Travidiction Do you regret having set aside your Wayanad trip for later when you had the chance? I mean, after what happened recently. Of course, Kerala always bounces right back after natural disasters, but building some of that infra back will take at least 2-3 years
Nice experience
Yes, thanks 🙏
@@Travidiction swayam or Riya ji AP dono bhi bhot subscriber or views deserve krte ho that's a row experience
You have inspired us to plan a road trip to Kanyakumari from Mumbai. You guys make natural and quality videos. One of the most underrated channel. God bless you guys with lots of success in future. Happy Journey 😊
Thanks a lot for the compliments!! All the best for your trip !!
We try to capture our travel experience between work holidays for like minded people !!
Welcome, NH66 widening is going on.So better travel via Bangalore,Palakkadu route nh544
@@binuemiliya thank you for the information 🙏🏻
Mai bhi august ke time gya tha tb dekhi thi boat race
Bahut badhiya !! Hum bhi kabhi jayenge boat race dekhne !!!
Best as always...... Enjoy your self.😊😊👍👍
Thanks Bhai !!
@ 3:47 For feeding fish we should put grains or natural stuff. 🛑 Bread has oil it makes water dirty. Even boats running on petrol/diesel is bad they need to move to electric. 🛑🛑
Our caretaker specially called us to enjoy fish eating bread!!!
True, the diesel is the worst type of pollution for rivers and seas !! Few of lakes in Goa has moved to battery operated boat, but I am sure for Kerala to move to electric, will require ages
With so many operators, agents and lobbies, it will be difficult!!
Must mention - still people have kept the lake and river super clean !!
@@Travidiction yes, it clean compared to say Yamuna.
But we should achieve quality of rivers and lakes in Western countries.
They send rain water from road to retention pond, once everything settle in the retention pond water drains to river. So there rivers are clean.
@ 15:53 School jokes: How Dosa (दोशा - ദോശ) got its name? 🛑
When you cook Sh (श् - ശ്) two (दो/duo/ദ്വ) times, when you turn it on both side. 🛑
So दो श् made its name दोशा 🛑
We call this kind of दोशा (ദോശ) as तट्टुदोशा (തട്ടുദോശ). 🛑
The word तट्ट् (തട്ട്) means platform, that is street vendors platform where they cook. 🛑
Usually in restaurants bigger the dosa means, the better dosa. 🛑
But at street vendors, they want to make more dosa in limited space. 🛑
They started to make dosa with small radius but thicker one. 🛑
I am not sure whether this small dosa existed before street vendors, 🛑
and street vendors adopted it or not. 🛑
First time I had dosa with this size is from street vendors. 🛑🛑🛑🛑🛑
Lots of info & history!! The "DoSHa" one was really new !! Thanks for sharing!
Even I find either plain dosa or the small spongy one better
Please provide house boat details, location to board and contact details
Boat details - Part of video, including room tour
Location - SN Junction, Part fo previous video. However, there are seperate private jettys of respective tour operator and also one common. Ours was private, so we started from the Gokulam
Contact details - Also part of the video, I have shared on screen by end of the video !!
Have you noticed, absolutely no garbage on the water...Picturesque..if you are in business, bring your customers, Kerala brings in 3X revenue than if I was doing the same deal in Mittal Tower.
Yes, the water was super clean, including the river banks !!
Kochi, Drive-in beach, and now the house boat, there was no garbage at all !!! We really loved our stay here !!
I am not in business, but yes it's a good option for team outings too !!!
@@Travidiction Oh! okay, not in business. For the last 2 years, I never land my customers in Mumbai, It's always Kochi. Oh, the initial feel, it"s priceless, unlike Mumbai, where I really have to sell. How can you put your spiel on the smell of excreta in front of Le Meridien,??? Local culture is horrible.
Agree !! In addition construction deteriorated the AQI further !!
@@Travidiction One unique fact I've noticed, every police vehicle anywhere in Kerala will have a cam fitted on the roof, plus an Ipad kind of notebook next to the gear lever. Almost they get real time info. I've never seen this outside Greater Mumbai and Parliament street, Delhi.
One of the best vlogs on alleppy kuttanad.
Thank you sir !!
