Hey Shaun, love your videos brother - you talk so much truth. I was recently dumped by my girlfriend because of my anxiety - I was a people pleaser, not intentionally - I am just a nice guy. I was putting other peoples needs/shit at a higher priority than mine and I have mentally became unwell in doing so. So I will give this advice to anyone, do shit for you (obviously dont be a dick!) I have lost two long term relationships putting everyone else's needs before mine. Seriously you do you, and the rest will take care of its own.
