    Does it also recommend for humbuckers?

      Humbuckers are not as noisy as single coils so it’s not as necessary I think 🤔… thanks so much for watching 🙏😃

    Nice Mic, I use the copper foil for cavities and pickguard, works like a dream. Cheers from Down Under.

      Always good to hear from Down Under. Yes copper is the save choice - and cheaper 😃👍🏼
      Thanks for watching Kishore 🙏😉

    Nice video, thanks. Can I ask what kind of water based acrylic paint/graphite powder mix you used for the paint? And a little water added goes a long way I see.

      Hi Goran, thanks so much 👍
      I used electric paint from www.bareconductive.com
      You can also buy shielding paint from Stewmac or Crimson Guitars
      Thanks so much for watching 😃🙏🏻

    I love how well the shielding reduced the noise. But, can shielding affect tone negatively at all?

    • @MichaelLagerstedt
      @MichaelLagerstedt  Před 2 lety +1

      There is some debate about that. Some think it can affect the tone slightly -

      no, it can't at all. the distance of the shield mathematically is super distant to affect the magnets on the pickups
