I live in holiday lakes willard ohio. My problem in the board members are finding us .but we don't really know what all they are aloud to fine us for. They don't send it each month .they wate tell the po is due .then it is a great deal of money .250 each month .

my realtor did not pull my payoff quote, i should of done that 2 weeks ago was her answer, did not close on time she also made and error credit me instead of the buyer witch messed everything up after i told her twice she made a mistak, there are no short term rental but half the homes are, i had to disclose it can't be rented before they voted, i felt like they wholesaled my house to get another sale and commission my realtor went to disney for a week and had another realtor indident meet sell, house appraised for 10 k over they said 15k 450k home sold for 369, but i paid off 100m and got 240k profit but it still dident feel right the whole time. i closed a day after contract ended after i did not extend, they boast and brag in their reviews she also braught up that incant sue her but i want her to loose realtor license for her attitude, they messed up paperwork on their and then said inhave mallis intent, if i am telling her u anerror and ur assuring g me it's right, they needed like 5k to close and dident have it till tax returns and i dident extend until after contract ended are they still liable it's been a year
they need to cap 250k at 3 percent commission to much flipping going on, less than 250k whatever percentage they want over a mil 1 percent or less realyor did nothing house sold in a week messed up paperwork, commission 17k... i raised price 36k after they argued it's not worth it y should they get commission off that
appraised for 10k over over higer asking price 60k then they assessed, i wanted to list at 430 with 10 percent over appraisal they argued and argued, the tax assessment is not correct, the appraiser is going on vacation so he's happy and gave u a high appraisal
If you are going to practice in a state where attorneys do the closings and not title companies, I think meeting real estate agents and offering to be a resource is a big business builder. You may be a new lawyer, but you will still have a lot to offer and real estate agents are faced with weird legal problems during lots of transactions. Offer to speak at the real estate agency’s team meetings to talk about hot legal topics in your local market. It builds your credibility and shows you are willing to help.

The custom in NC is that the buyer engages the attorney after going under contract to purchase a property, but there is nothing preventing a buyer from doing so before going under contract. Also, if the parties are planning to use a contract in a form other than the NC Standard Offer to Purchase, an attorney would be needed to draft that contract, so one or more of the parties would engage an attorney at that stage.

I have a question, my couple now is in a house issue because he bought a house with his ex partner, the house is under a mortgage, now they were ready to sell it and pay the mortgage and split the net profits, but his ex partner now says that he doesn't want to sell, so the house could go foreclosure. The problem is because my husband is not in the deed, they agreed having the deed under his ex name. Is there a way that my husband can fight legally in this case? can he sue his ex? How did it go? I'm going through the exact same thing, my builder has taken longer to build my home, they said 8 to 10 months, & it's been 10 months & they haven't even started & now I asked to cancel, they were unable to be reached during those months then all of a sudden they ready to have a conference to build & canceled the 1st meeting, then was late to the next so I backed out due to poor business, & my lease is up & I have to find a new place to stay now or sign up for another year here & I'm ready to move, I paid $5k (two installments of $2,500) then 2nd payment was made because they claim they were soon to start building & that was 2 months after 1st payment 🤔
New to this channel. My lender gives loan documents with rate lock till December 9. The document document expires in December 9. But my closing date is December 28. When asked about it the lender wrote back me saying that it will be extended till December end. Is it the email from the lender becomes document and they are bound to extend?. Thank you in advance 🙏

i like your video thx if my annually income 50-70k and my brother income 35k and we want to buy house worth 200k we sold our family land back home overseas and we can receive the money here so we can buy the house all cash , or we can borrow other 100k from friends and family to buy a 200k house what you think in this case how IRS would do since it showed only we making around 100k annually income , we still can purchase the house in cash without issues with IRS?

I am a disabled senior citzen. I live in Fallon, NV. On 12-2021, my taxes were paid up only owed the current quarter. JAN 2022, my property was seized for fake taxes owed. They added late charges,fees, and next year's taxes, which were not due until July 2022. We are still fighting to get my 30-acre property put back into our name. They didn't even send me the notice they sent it to the deseased previous owner name. Absolute fraud!!!! Local Good Ole Boys, aka invited white males, decided they want my property. They have set 6 fires and killed over 100 of our livestock animals . Vandalismed my vehicles several times, and my home is practically destroyed. Every day it a battle. We've been to court 5 times, which was all ruled in my favor. So they keep trying to find other ways. Now they came up with fake documents to claim ownership. I had all of my official documents, and the court ruled in my favor. But now we are in court again they are trying to get a quiet title to my home and property.

Tiffany, I am a housing consultant. I find my clients, investors housing around the nation. I normally have them sign a two year consulting agreement and then I send them properties as I find them. Some clients don't want to sign an agreement for two years but only for one property that the are interested in. In this scenario the procedure would be to have the term for just that propert with the address listed in the term of the specific consulting agreement..you would think. The problem is they will get this agreement with the property address listed and they go and purchase the property in another entity name...So they go around me. How can I protect against this when they won't sign my consulting agreement unless I have a specific property address listed. Thanks, Steve

Unfortunately the best way is to go through the city clerks office where they were married.
