    These tests are insufficient. For example, when you compare the vacuums, how easy were they to maintain and clean? What's the battery life? All you did was basic suction.

    $11 for some AirPods Pro does not make sense, but in this economy…

  • @jezza6575

    The Temu vacuum may have picked up the debris well enough, but it also dispersed the finer particulate into the air and thus into your lungs and on top of surfaces in the form of dust because it does not include a true HEPA filter like the more expensive brand. So basically if you have allergies or hate to dust the Temu vacuum is a major fail unlike depicted in this video.

    If you're going to pay $600 for a hair styler, at least explain the technology inside the expensive one and why it's better, and why the cheaper one was radiating smells. This is supposed to be tech journalism at the end of the day.

      Go watch a review then.. this video would be 45 minutes if they did breakdowns and reviews on each one

      @@ToughLuckStudio What I said would have tacked on perhaps 2 minutes at tops to the video: "The $600 hair dryer features (?) technology, which explains the pricepoint; the (?) technology features (?) which is why it performs better at (?), meanwhile the cheaper one uses a very basic version of (?). The smells radiatiating from the cheaper one is a result of (?) a common problem found in cheaper electronics".

      I think she's redirecting the name "Dupe!!!" because yeah, who in their right mind pays $600 for a hair dryer/curler/straightener? 🤣🤣🤣

    • @kathrynmdesign
      @kathrynmdesign Před měsícem

      Not that I’m defending the price, but it’s a multi-styler which has a dryer, brush, round brush, curling irons, and smoothers. It is supposed to do all “the things”. That being said I bought the same dupe one and I love mine.

    War to knockoffs! We should support legal economy. Flippy’s story is sad.

    I'm always ultra cautious of Temu. Considering I've gotten stuff off of Ebay back when Ebay was big, that sounds funny to say. But still something about these stores like Temu and AliExpress rubs me the wrong way. I love walking into a small Mom & Pop store to support the local economy. But online, well that's something different.

    Lifx is going to take issue with being called a dupe. They may not be as big as the other smart bulb brands but they do intend to be their own thing. 1:16

    Sorry but LiFx are not dupes of Philips hue lights; they work in a completely different way as create there own mesh network rather than needing a bridge. This is such a huge miss for a tech page!

    I feel like if the temu airpods doubled their price and increased battery size and speaker size it would be close to the Apple airpods at 10 times less expensive.

    Losing an $11 pair of earbuds is much more manageable than losing a $250 pair of earbuds.

    A “knockoff” isn’t a counterfeit product, it’s a product that copies the original product usually cheaper and not as good but does not use the branding and logos.

    That cordless vacuum is nothing like a Dyson. Almost any vacuum can pick up surface level debris. It really does not deep clean, have good filtration, or battery life.
