I agree, I still use my red slingshot benching 405. I purchased the yellow slingshot but it doesn’t fit or work as well as my original. I even purchased a newer red one, but the new one doesn’t fit as well as my original red one. I also agree about the form factor, it has got my elbows in and taken the stress off my shoulders. Not bad for a 57 year old dude.

I just bought one and it's already coming apart. Must be a manufacture issue.
This was 6 years ago, and he said that he had been using it the slingshot for 7-8 years???
It is absolutely so true. I will overload with it, then drop back down to a normal weight without it and i will end up getting more max reps after killing it with 115% my max than I would going in fresh without it.
i love this product. i was sketchy about it at first, but it was well worth the money.
100% agree all my bench AMRAPs are with the sling shot and I add 20+ pounds. So it makes your lock our super strong with the heavier weights you can use and it accustomes your joints and body to a heavier weight.

I love mine. work up to a 5RM then add the SlingShot and hit it again for 10
What's the difference between levels 1-4? Been lifting a long time as well, anytime my elbows come out, injury.
You should do a push workout video, using the slingshot too :D I think it would be cool :D
Might be a ridiciulous question but do you think a slingshot could be used for rows?
How is it size wise? I'm 6' 1", 256lbs and have a little over 18" arms cold. XXL or XXL?
