Atlanta Real Estate Market Winter 2023/2024 Update

What has been going on with the Atlanta Real Estate Market this Winter? If you are relocating to Atlanta or just thinking about buying a home in the new year, I'll give you a take on what has been happening over the winter months in the Atlanta real estate market. The good news is that many buyers were getting deals over the winter months (although we still saw several homes still get multiple offers) and prices did drop month over month (but not year over year). All this is pretty seasonal and expected. However, I believe this time of buyers being able to negotiate with sellers is going to quickly evaporate and I'll explain why in this video.

Thank you Wil! But I have to laugh because my fiddle leaf plant is fake! hahaha I tried having a real one but it died pretty quickly. I was either over watering it or not giving it the right amount of sunlight. But the other 2 plants are real and I've been able to keep them alive for over 2 years! (I do not have a green thumb so I consider 2 years a win!)

That lender doesn't have that product anymore. It was a one-off thing. I'll tell you in an email but don't really want to post publicly any names.
