I use a lot of your recipes. And i mean A LOT. Every time I make a drink that's not a regular green tea my friends says: "Oh you're drinking Bondi again?" ;) Sometimes i do exactly what you show, sometimes i twist it to my liking. Thanks for an inspiration ;)

This is really interesting! I will have to try it out sometime. I drink something similar in the winter. I steep roughly chopped ginger in boiling water and then add lemon slices, honey, and cayenne pepper. I love the addition of the coconut oil, fennel seeds, and turmeric. Thanks for the vid!

In the summer try making a chilled juice from pomegranate seeds, fresh wild blueberries, honey, ginger juice, and a little bit of hibiscus. You might want to add a bit of cold-brewed tea to it to dilute - orange pekoe is lovely.

I love your videos. It would be a dream to constantly cook delicious meals by the ocean and look at those fantastic views and jump off of rocks with good friends. I have a feeling though that you would adore cottage country in Ontario Canada, where I live right now. We have thousands of gorgeous lakes with the Great Canadian Shield (granite outcroppings and cliffs) and pristine water, and fish and loons. Awesome sunsets. Check it out sometime.

I usually boil ginger in water, let it cool, and then add lemon juice and honey. Honey should not be added into boiling water if you want the antibacterial properties to adhere.

When I feel a cold coming, I make chicken noodle soup with stock made from the bones of the chicken I'm using. I'm convinced it helps me, and even if it doesn't, it's still delicious. :)
