I think we need to normalize going for counseling or therapy especially when someone has gone through traumatizing things. Get someone to talk & process the drama. Don't take it to your 2nd date 😁

Right now am far away from home having "me time" and am confident that my son is safe in school. I thank the Internet for making it easier to see our loved ones despite being miles away.
