@kitt... Just so you know for me.. The energy your mum gives you is spreading to me too.... I wanted to be electrical engineer after high school, for pregnant and everything changed, became an administrative assistant for long which I enjoyed very much coz I traveled... Years later am still wanting to do electrical engineering... Just turned 46 this month and am going back to do electrical engineering.

Love these two! Please do something for those of us with no mums. I lost mine at 27 years and more than ever, I wish I had her in my motherhood still. She gave me permission to BE! I celebrate her even when she's not here. I see a lot of her in me daily.
How blessed is it to have supportive, loving mothers. some of us never know that feeling at all but God is so good, He has raised mother figures like Apondi for us. Thank you Caroline for bringing them in.

I personally think the most important thing you can do for a girl child is to not get in her way. It’s that simple. I have met many powerful women who did not have mothers or did not have mothers who were in a position to be examples. They are powerful because no one got in their way.

Unfortunately some of us cannot relate to this parenting, we had selfish mothers, who physically and emotionally abused us, as well creating environment rife for sexual abuse. Some us grew up in toxic, cold and unsafe environment and we have no attachment to our mothers as during our childhood development, it left us with negative experiences. Nonetheless, God has sent mother figures in our lives who we are able to relate to. I admire Kitt and I have watched how beautiful she relates with her mother. I work with children and assess parenting capacities as some parent(s) have no ability to create positive outcomes for their children which in turn impact them negatively on a long term basis. Anyway I celebrate mother’s in the world who are doing everything to protect their children despite difficulties. Hongeras Mamas.
BUT God....He says of a mother, though she may forget her child, He will never forget you (us), He has engraved our names on the palms of His Hands. I rejoice cause we are known by Him. I pray for healing to every child wounded by their mother and for the Holy Spirit to lead them to the love of Christ, our Abba and for us to lead whole lives through and in Christ Jesus as He helps us to forgive them.

I admire you women. Not all of us have such mothers, and not to say they are not alive. Either way, we appreciate them. With these kind of conversations, they help us to take a different direction and be different and better for our babies.

Children learn by observation
This show, i had to add volume, literally, and the whole office is glued. My mother gave me the permission to help anyone one around me with the little resources that I have, even if it means sheltering a anyone, and yes, its hard for me to say no, that sometimes brings trouble.

I wanna look like Apondi@ 60.I love the daughter's fire..feisty. As for Caro's stock exchange share price not growing joke, that tickled me..LOL. Sadly, at 40s now I get that permission thing. My mother is a fashionista(anything she got you, was not common but unique) sacrificial, strong, consistent & reliable, but I had to be a little rebellious not to stay in mother's space of permission in certain aspects of life. Thank you for encouraging the 40s..I ain't crazy after all. There's a time I was going to Spain, just before COVID.. don't even imagine to do what? Deep talks. Woah!We perform to an audience of one.
