Usully the pork could be wrapped with cleaned, air-dried lotus leaves (which could be soaked in warm or room-temp water for a few minutes before they are to be used for warpping the meat. Sometimes it the pork could be wrapped with cleaned, air-dried bamboo leaves.
Nice n yummy dishes. I think the lotus leaf is used to wrap the pork to enhance theflavour. 'Delicious' short clip shared today. 🤤👍
